。←) Conventional technology Fig. 5 is a plan view of a conventional device for forming bottles into a single row of this type, in which multiple rows of bottles 8 are sequentially conveyed on a conveyor while being conveyed in the direction of travel of the bottles in order to form a single row of bottles. Then, while narrowing the bottle guide 2 (1) + 2 (2) K width from the bottle guide 2, the rows are changed from 4 rows to 8 rows, 2 rows, and 1 row to a single row. The higher the speed of the conveyor, the longer the distance G required for this part of the combiner. Jin will be subject to restrictions due to the layout of the factory. In addition, when bottles are on the conveyor of the combiner, bridging phenomenon E occurs, causing the line to stop.
A worker was required to manually remove this bridging phenomenon. In the bottle conveyor system of the production line, equipment such as the filler E and the bottle guide (in the case of sudden stoppage of the filler E, the bottles in the infeed section G are At the same time, it is necessary to stop suddenly, and the inertia at this time often causes broken bottles or overturned bottles, creating a danger to workers. Hygiene problems have arisen from 1fi5 contamination caused by the liquid inside.

The present invention aims to solve this problem by utilizing principles such as centrifugal force in the middle of a curved figure-eight conveyor, and taking advantage of its characteristics.
We were able to solve this problem.

)? By increasing the speed, the bottles can be easily formed into a single row without being subjected to pressure. Further, while being affected by the centrifugal force of the figure-eight conveyor along the way, the bottles smoothly complete collection in a single row and are discharged from D(3) to D(4). Further, FIG. 2 shows the bottle guide 2(1) raised in height so that the bottle guide 2(1) can be disposed of when the bottle falls down, and the bottle guide 2(1) is raised to allow the bottle to be disposed of. Also, in contrast to the single row of bottles 8 (1), the bottle sensor guide member that knows which bottle 8 (2) has come this far has a spring mechanism that moves the bottles 8 from the A part of the figure 8 to the B part. (2) is equipped with a safety device that automatically stops the conveyor before the bridging phenomenon occurs.
