本発明は、電子写真複写機において、クリーニ
ング工程で感光体より除去した残留トナーを回収
するトナー回収装置に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a toner recovery device for recovering residual toner removed from a photoreceptor during a cleaning process in an electrophotographic copying machine.
従来からクリーニング工程で感光体より除去さ
れた残留トナーは、複写機内に設けた回収容器内

態でこの容器をはずして回収、廃却していた。こ
の場合、容器内のトナー量は検知手段にて検知し
て容器の交換時期を知らせなければならないが、
従来は上記容器を透明体で構成し、容器内のトナ
ー量を光電的に検知してその量の限界を検知する
ようにしたため、トナーの飛散により容器内が汚
れてくると誤動作することがあるという不具合が
あつた。またこの容器はクリーニング装置と接続
した回収管に密閉状態で接続するため、通常のマ

ボルト4内に入れられてその開口部を回収管3に
着脱自在に接続した袋で、この袋5はビニール等
柔軟な材質で構成してある。上記ボルト4の開口
端部近傍にマイクロスイツチ6が複写機の機枠
(図示せず)に取付けて設けてあり、これのアク
チエータ6aがボトル4の開口縁に設けた切欠4
