きる。(Function) According to the structure of the present invention, since the steel connecting plate is fixed to the frame material of the floor panel and the lower surface of the wooden joist, the wooden joist can be reinforced and the strength of the floor panel can be increased. Therefore, it is possible to increase the size of the floor panel. Moreover, by forming a working opening in the surface material above the connecting plate,
Since the insulation material is separated at this working opening position, it is possible to reach inside the floor panel from between the insulation materials, and it is possible to work on connecting the connecting plate and the floor beams that support the floor panel. It can be carried out. Furthermore, since an elastic heat insulating material is used as the heat insulating material near the work opening, even if the hand is removed after the work is completed, the elastic heat insulating material returns to its original position and no gap is created. Therefore, the heat insulation properties of the floor panel can be maintained.

が完了する。The installation procedure of this floor panel 1 on the foundation 9 will be explained. The floor panel 1 is manufactured in advance at a factory. However, the battens 16 are temporarily fixed so that they can be removed. At the site, the floor panel attachment member 10 and the beam support member 13 are fixed to the anchor bolts 20 (see FIG. 5.6) that protrude from the upper surface of the foundation 9. Further, an independent foundation 18 is formed at a position corresponding to the connecting plate 6 of the floor panel 1, and a bundle 12 is erected on the upper surface of this independent foundation. Both ends of the floor beam 11 are fixed to beam support members 13 fixed to a base 99, and at the same time, the bundle 12 and the floor beam 11 are fixed. Note that a nut 25 (see FIG. 5) is welded and fixed to the lower surface of the upper flange of the floor beam 11 in advance. The floor panel 1 carried in is fixed to the floor panel mounting member 10 with a fixing tool 19. Remove the batten 16 temporarily fixed to the center of the floor panel I, insert your hand between the elastic insulation materials 5' through the working opening 23, and screw the fixing tool 26 into the nut 25 provided on the upper flange of the floor beam 11. By doing so, the floor panel l is fixed to the floor beam 11. The battens 16 are fixed to the upper surface of the wooden joists 3 with fixing tools 17. With the above steps, installation of the floor panel 1 is completed.

Therefore, the floor panel 1 can be made large. Further, the heat insulating material 5 provided on the back surface of the surface material 4 of the floor panel 1 is separated at the position of the working opening 23, and the heat insulating material 5 near the working opening 23 is provided with an elastic heat insulating material 5'. Since connecting plate 6 of floor panel 1 and floor beam 1 were used,
1 with the fixing tool 26, it is possible to perform the work by inserting a hand between the elastic heat insulating materials 5'. Moreover, when the user takes out his/her hand after completing the work, the elastic heat insulating material 5' returns to its original state and can close the opening opened during the work. Therefore, no heat is transferred through the working opening 23, and the heat insulation properties of the floor panel 1 can be maintained.
