[Prior Art] When constructing a gabion, a method of filling stones using mechanical force such as a power shovel or a bulldozer has been conventionally used in order to improve work efficiency and speed up the work. In order to pack stones uniformly and in a stable condition, this machine applies impact force or pressing force from above after the stone filling is completed, but at this time the gabion moves, causing misalignment or swelling. It is easy to deform.

In order to solve such problems, conventionally, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-43695,
The method used was to connect long frame plates that spanned the gabions to the sides of a large number of gabions, and to remove the frame plates after each gabion was filled with stones.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Although the effect of preventing deformation of the gabion can be considerably enhanced by installing the frame plate as described above, the following problems still remain.

a 多数の蛇篭に跨る長尺の枠板が必要であり、

a. A long frame board spanning multiple gabions is required;
Transportation and handling are inconvenient.

b. Places where gabions are installed are not necessarily flat, but are often uneven or sloped, so each gabion may shift vertically accordingly. It is difficult to install a shaku frame plate across a large number of gabions.

c. When filling with stones, the side pieces in contact with the adjacent gabions are not reinforced, so the side pieces are likely to be crushed downward by the load of the stones or the pressing force from the machine, or bulge out toward the adjacent gabion body. Once such a bulge occurs, problems such as difficulty in filling adjacent gabions with stones and unbalanced shapes and sizes of each gabion tend to occur.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art described above, and aims to provide a technical solution to provide a method for constructing gabions that can be constructed continuously without deforming the gabions using a simple method. This is a subject to be addressed.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method for constructing a large number of square gabions by sequentially arranging rectangular gabions in a predetermined direction and filling them with stones. In this step, a plurality of rectangular surrounding frames that surround and support the gabions are installed in series at the facility location of the gabions, each empty gabion is accommodated in each of these surrounding frames, and after each gabion is filled with stones, the gabions are removed. While leaving the enclosing frame located at the front end in the direction of the facility, remove the other enclosing frames,
The feature is that the above-mentioned operation in which these enclosing frames are connected to the front part of the remaining enclosing frame is repeated.

[Function/Effect] By performing stone filling with an enclosing frame surrounding the gabion to reinforce it, stone filling and subsequent pressurization of the filled stones can be carried out smoothly and effectively, It is possible to reliably prevent the gabion main body from moving or being bulged and deformed during these operations.

In addition, if all the surrounding frames are removed at once after filling a gabion with stones, the side of the gabion located at the end will bulge and deform due to the movement of the stones, and the next gabion will be placed on the above side. However, in the present invention, one enclosing frame located at the front end of the gabion in the direction of the facility is left as is, and the gabion at that position is maintained in shape with this enclosing frame. Since the gabions are installed in the next position, the adjacent gabions can be placed extremely close together and installed in a stable condition, and the quality of the gabions can be improved.

[Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In FIG. 1, a rectangular box-shaped gabion 1 includes a bottom piece 2 made of a diamond-shaped wire mesh and left and right side pieces 3 attached to the periphery of the bottom piece 2. , 3 and front and rear side pieces 4, 4. After the gabion 1 is filled with stones, a top cover (not shown) is attached as necessary to install it at a predetermined location.

Regarding the facilities for the gabion 1, first, in order to prevent deformation of the gabion during stone filling, a plurality of surrounding frames 5a and 5b that surround and support the four side pieces are installed in the second
Place it in the designated location as shown in the figure. As is clear from FIG. 3, these surrounding frames 5a, 5b are made up of vertical frame plates 6a, 6b, 6c made of thin plates of iron, aluminum alloy, etc., each having an I-shaped cross section, arranged in parallel at regular intervals. A pair of front and rear horizontal frame plates 7a, 7b and 8a, 8b made of the same material as the vertical frame plates are constructed between adjacent vertical frame plates 6a, 6b and 6b, 6c, and their joints are bolted together. - Two enclosing frames 5a, 5b are integrally and removably assembled by connecting them with nuts 9, and each enclosing frame 5a, 5
b is taller than the gabion 1, and is formed so that the attachment part of the connecting bolt/nut 9 is located above the gabion 1.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, each enclosing frame 5a, 5
Two empty gabions 1, 1 are stored in b, and as shown in Fig. 5, the gabions 1, 1 are filled with stones using a machine such as a power shovel or a bulldozer.
These machines apply pressure from above to keep the packed stones uniform and stable. In this case, gabion 1,
1 side pieces 3, 3 and 4, 4 are surrounding frames 5a, 5b
Because these side pieces are reinforced by being surrounded by a rubber band, there are no problems such as the side pieces being crushed or bulging outward, and it is possible to apply pressure efficiently and uniformly over the entire area. Therefore, the filling stones are extremely stable within the gabions 1, 1, and the quality of the gabions is improved.

When the filling of stones into each gabion 1, 1 is completed as described above, the enclosing frame 5b located on the front side in the direction of the gabion facility is left in place, and the other enclosing frame 5a is removed. This is then connected to the front part of the remaining enclosing frame 5b (see FIG. 6). This work involves unscrewing the bolts and nuts 9 that fix the vertical frame plate 6b and the horizontal frame plates 7a and 7b, so that the vertical frame plate 6a and the horizontal frame plates 7a and 7b are connected in a U-shape. Remove it as it is, turn it left and right and attach the vertical frame board 6.
This can be easily done by connecting to c with bolts and nuts 9.

Subsequently, the empty gabion 1 is housed in the surrounding frame 5a, and the inside of this gabion is filled with stones. At this time, the gabion 1 surrounded by the remaining surrounding frame 5b is bulged by this surrounding frame 5b. Deformation is prevented,
The gabion at the next position can be placed in close contact with the gabion within this remaining surrounding frame 5b.

After filling the gabion in the surrounding frame 5a with stones in this state, the surrounding frame 5b surrounding the existing gabion is removed, leaving the surrounding frame 5a as it is, and the surrounding frame 5b is placed in front of the surrounding frame 5a. section and repeat the above steps. This allows a large number of gabions to be installed over a predetermined distance.

The enclosing frame can be removed after it has been filled with stones by pulling it upward, but if each enclosing frame is provided with a grip, this work can be done smoothly and mechanically. If the removal work is to be carried out using a wire, it is sufficient to drill a wire attachment hole in the upper part of the frame plate.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, two enclosing frames are integrally and removably connected, but three or more enclosing frames may be used, and as shown in FIG. The method of the invention can also be carried out by using a plurality of frames 10.
