Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure such an ultrasonic treatment device that is high in universality as freely usable even at time other than medical treatment for breaking a calculus or the like by installing an attaching means attached to an ultrasonic wave generating means free of detachment so as to make an ultrasonic probe, detecting an affected position, usable by itself. CONSTITUTION:Since a surveying ultrasonic probe 3 is attached to a probe storage part 14 via a probe fixing adapter 15, if an attaching screw 16 is loosened to some extent and the probe fixing adapter 15 is removed from the probe storage part 14, the surveying ultrasonic probe 3 is also easily removed from a heavy-duty ultrasonic wave generator 8. The surveying ultrasonic probe 3 removed like this comes into a state of being independent of the generator 8, so that it is usable for an ultrasonic diagnosis at time of medical treatment other than calculous breaking by strong ultrasonic waves. If the ultrasonic probe 3 is attached to the heavy-duty ultrasonic wave generator 8 in reverse procedures against this removal, it is reusable as the surveying ultrasonic probe 3 for detecting the calculus for breaking and so on.

[Prior Art] As this type of ultrasonic treatment device, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 1986-
As shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 145131 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 62-49843, an ultrasonic wave generator is installed in the center of a powerful ultrasonic generator made of a spherical shell having an ultrasonic transducer that generates powerful ultrasonic waves for treatment. Most of them have an integrated ultrasonic probe as an observation means. In addition, the present applicant has previously proposed an ultrasonic treatment device in which a powerful ultrasonic wave generating means can be detachably attached to an existing observation device in Japanese Patent Application No. 155749/1982, and in this proposal, , an observation device using an existing ultrasonic diagnostic device is disclosed.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, the viewing lpl device in the ultrasonic treatment apparatus disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-145131 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-49843 does not use an ultrasonic probe. It is integrated into a powerful ultrasonic generator and is configured to be used exclusively for ultrasonic treatment, so it cannot be used for ultrasonic diagnosis other than for treatment such as lithotripsy, and has no versatility at all. It had the following drawback. Also, the above patent application 1986-15
In the ultrasound treatment device in No. 5749, the ultrasound probe is connected to the device body via an arm, but since the ultrasound probe and the device body are usually connected by a cord, in reality Even if the powerful ultrasound generator is detachably attached to the observation device, it is difficult to freely place the powerful ultrasound generator at the optimal position relative to the affected area of the patient.

[Means and effects for solving the problem] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses ultrasound to observe the location of an affected area such as a stone in the body, and directs powerful ultrasound generated outside the body to the affected location. An ultrasonic treatment device that concentrates treatment includes an ultrasonic generation means for generating powerful ultrasonic waves for treatment using an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic probe for detecting the position of the affected area, and the ultrasonic probe. The present invention is characterized in that it is provided with attachment means detachably attached to the ultrasonic generating means so that the probe can be used alone.

is, for example, a mechanical sector type observation ultrasonic probe, which is connected to the ultrasound-diagnosis device main body 5 via a cord 4, and is emitted by the observation ultrasonic probe 3 into the range 7 shown by the dotted line. A tomographic image created by the ultrasound is displayed on the monitor 6. As is well known, the powerful ultrasonic generator 8 with the observation ultrasonic probe 3 disposed in the center is a spherical shell with a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 9 arranged, and is used as an ultrasonic treatment device. It is driven by a strong ultrasonic driving circuit 11 built into the main body 10, and the strong ultrasonic waves are focused on the focal point F of the spherical shell. Note that a water bag 12 made of soft resin or the like is placed between the powerful ultrasonic generator 8 and the human body 1 and filled with an ultrasonic transmission medium such as water. Also, the location and focus of stone 2
A moving device 13 is built into the main body 10 for displacing the powerful ultrasonic generator 8 in three-dimensional directions and in the rotational direction so as to match the two directions.

The ultrasonic treatment apparatus in this embodiment configured as described above operates as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 1, when the observation ultrasonic probe 3 is installed in the probe storage part 14 of the strong ultrasonic generator 8, the ultrasonic probe 3 focuses strong ultrasonic waves as before. It is used as an observation means for obtaining a tomographic image 7 inside the body when performing treatment such as lithotripsy.

-Next, when using it for another device other than this ultrasonic treatment device, the observation ultrasonic probe 3 is connected to the powerful ultrasonic generator 8.
Use by removing from. This removal method will be explained with reference to FIG. The observation ultrasonic probe 3 is attached to the probe housing part 14 via the probe fixing adapter 15, so if you loosen the mounting screw 16 and remove the probe fixing adapter 15 from the probe housing part 14, observation can be started. The ultrasonic probe 3 can also be easily removed from the powerful ultrasonic generator 8. The observation ultrasonic probe 3 removed in this way is in a free state independent of the powerful ultrasonic generator 8, so it cannot be used for ultrasonic diagnosis etc. other than when treating lithotripsy etc. with the above-mentioned powerful ultrasonic waves. I can do it. Then, by attaching the ultrasonic probe 3 to the powerful ultrasonic generator 8 in the reverse order of this removal procedure, it can be used again as an observation ultrasonic probe 3 for discovering crushed stones and the like.

Next, FIGS. 4(A) and 4(B) are enlarged cross-sectional views respectively showing the mounting portion of the observation ultrasonic probe of the ultrasonic treatment apparatus showing the second embodiment of the present invention. The ultrasonic treatment apparatus in this embodiment is also constructed almost similarly to the ultrasonic treatment apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 above, but the observation ultrasonic probe 3 is different from that shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4(B), the sector probe type adapter 15a (No. By using a linear probe type adapter 15b (see Fig. 4 (A)) or a linear probe type adapter 15b (see Fig. 4 (B)), various ultrasonic probes can be attached or detached from the common probe housing 14 as desired. ing. The rest of the structure is exactly the same as the ultrasonic treatment device shown in FIG. 1, and the operation is also the same.
