Vinyl chloride resin has problems with weather resistance, and its physical properties deteriorate due to sunlight, resulting in a decrease in transparency, and its strength decreases, making it more likely to form holes where it comes into contact with the frame of a house or the like. For this reason, conventionally, ultraviolet absorbers are added to resins to improve weather resistance, but adding ultraviolet absorbers reduces the amount of ultraviolet rays transmitted, resulting in color discoloration of eggplants, strawberries, etc., and flowers. The big problem was that it was getting worse.

However, conventionally, weather resistance had to be sacrificed in order to improve UV transmittance, and it is desired to develop fog-proof agricultural covering materials that have both excellent UV transmittance and excellent weather resistance. was.

As a result of extensive research, we have improved weather resistance without reducing ultraviolet transmittance by adding specific amounts of hydrotalcites, higher alcohol phosphate metal salts, and specific fluorine-containing compounds to vinyl chloride resin. We have discovered that this can be done and have completed the present invention.
