速レバー31は下方の下行D位置方向には水平部
36aによつて切換操作できないロツク状態とな
る一方、上方の上行V位置方向には、傾斜部36
bをこすり上げ、係止板32をバネ35が支点越
えするまで強制回動し退避姿勢へと自動的に切換
わる、いわゆるワンタツチで切換え操作可能とな
るのである(第5図参照)。一方、前記のように
下行Dを阻止され、ロツク状態となつている変速
レバー31を、下行Dさせようとする場合は、係
止姿勢にある係止板32を手で図示矢印方向へ転
回操作することによつて、変速レバー31は係止
板32から解放されることとなり、そのロツク状
態が解除されて自由に下行Dさせることが可能と
なる。
