Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a container charging process without sterilizing and drying an inner side and a mouth part of containers in advance, by dropping a fine amount of a germicide into the container through the mouth part, applying a fine amount of germicide either on the mouth part and a lid or on a part being in contact with a sealing member, and then heretically closing the container. この容器内外面の殺菌は常温又は加温した過酸化水素水
溶液を容器内外にスプレーするか、過酸化水素水溶液中
に容器を浸漬した後、ホットエアを吹きかけて容器を乾
燥させるようにして行なっていた。

容器をジュース販売会社等に供給することができるよう
な殺菌方法を堤供することを目的とする。

記口部を密封するような構成とした。

なり、充填機の構造を簡単小型化できるという効果を奏
