【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は電子装置などにおける各種信号線と大

せるチヨークコイルの構造に関する。

コア、ポツトコアなどの磁性体を磁気コアとし、
信号線を直接コンモン巻きとしたチヨークコイル
が用いられている。また基板に実装するものにあ
つては、トロイダルコアに巻線を巻回した小形の
トロイダルコイルを複数個組み合わせたチヨーク
コイルが用いられている。妨害電圧を減衰させる
ために巻数を多くしてインダクタンス値を大き
く、共振によるQの値を小さくしなければならな
い。しかし従来のチヨークコイルにおいては従業
の上から巻数を多くできず、したがつてインダク
タンス値も大きくできず、且つ作業上自動巻が困
難である欠点があつた。

ぼ長方形に仕上げた構成となる。ここでポリウレ
タン被覆銅線などを自動巻線機によつて円環状に
2本巻きとしたコイル4を円環状溝7の中に挿入
し、リード線をリード線溝8を通じて外部に引き
出し、磁性材よりなる磁性蓋3にて覆つてチヨー
クコイルが得られる。さらに第1図cのような底
面に複数本の端子5を埋設した絶縁材よりなるケ
ース1に収納し、端子5にリード線を接続してデ
イツプ型チヨークコイルが形成される。
