たりする弊害も起さず、菓子製造分野は言うに及ばず、
他の加工食品製造分野における固形物被覆食品の生産性
向上および食品衛生向上に大いに役立つことは明らかで
ある。

複層有底筒状の可塑性食品材料を、前記ゲートを開放す
ることによって下方へ圧出し団塊状に括り出す工程と;
前記開放したゲートの開口部から団塊状に括り出された
前記材料塊の可塑性食品材料のネック部分を切断して団
塊状に 成形する工程とを含むことを特徴とした固形食品材料を
可塑性食品材料で複層状態に被覆した団塊状被覆食品の
製造法。

送給手段4と;前記開閉ゲート手段3の開放動作に伴っ
て有底筒状態に保持された可塑性食品材料(P−Q)の
筒底内に投入された固形可塑性食品材料Sを可塑性食品
材料と一緒にアウトプットパッセージ21から突き出す
突押手段5とを含むことを特徴とした固形食品材料を可
塑性食品材料で複層状態に被覆した団塊状被覆食品の製
造装置。
