[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a lock for a smoke exhaust window which is opened by hingedly attaching the smoke exhaust door to the window frame and tilting the smoke exhaust door inward or outward. Conventionally, the above-mentioned locks have been implemented with various mechanisms, but since the latch operates by moving up and down when locking and flipping when unlocking, the mechanism and operation of all of them are complex and the number of component parts is high. Since there are a large number of locks, not only is the manufacturing cost high, but also the locking and unlocking operations are likely to be uncertain when used in a so-called multiple series, which poses the problem of lack of reliability in emergencies. . Therefore, as a result of studies in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, the present invention has been developed to provide a lock for smoke exhaust windows, which has an extremely simple structure, ensures reliable operation, improves reliability, and can be manufactured at low cost. This is what I got. The drawings showing the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. In FIGS. 1 and 2 A and B, a lock 1 for a smoke exhaust window has a lock main body 2 fixed to a window frame and a smoke exhaust door, respectively. and a lock receiver 12 . The lock main body 2 has a back opening of a horizontally long housing 3 closed with a mounting plate 4, a slider 5 is installed therein so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction, and a lever 6 and a latch 7 are respectively fixed to the slider 5. The lever 6 and the latch 7 are slidably fitted into long holes 8 and 9 formed longitudinally in the front and side walls of the housing 3, respectively, and protrude outward, and a wire stopper is attached to the outer end of the lever 6. 10 with screws, and further, one end of the slider 5 and the end wall 3 of the housing 3.
A return spring 11 is interposed between a and a to apply a resilient return force to the slider 5, lever 6, and latch 7, and the front of the latch 7 has a central portion as shown in FIG. It is formed into an inclined surface 7a that slopes symmetrically from the center to both left and right ends, and when it comes into contact with a receiving shaft (to be described later), it latches against the elastic force of the spring 11 by a component of the contact force. 7 is provided so as to move along the elongated hole 9 together with the slider 5 and lever 6. The lock receiver 12 is formed by providing a long hole 13 in the longitudinal direction in a base plate 12a on which the bracket 12b is bent, and fixing a receiving shaft 14 in the long hole 13 with a nut 15 so that the position can be adjusted. has been done. Thus, the smoke exhaust window lock 1 has the lock body 2 and the lock receiver 12 connected to the window frame 16 and the smoke exhaust door 1 as shown in FIG.
The latch 7 and the bearing shaft 14 are fixed to the latch 7 so that they can be engaged and disengaged. At this time, the smoke exhaust door 17 is closed, and just before the door is completely closed, the inclined surface 7a of the latch 7 is fixed.
and the receiving shaft 14 are fixed in a positional relationship in which they abut against each other as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B. When the open smoke exhaust door 17 is closed as shown by the two - dot broken line in FIG. They abut as shown in FIG. 4A and B. When the smoke exhaust door 17 is further closed from this state, the receiving shaft 14
abuts against the inclined surface 7a, and a component of the abutting force causes the latch 7 to move toward the left as indicated by the arrow a in FIG. 6, moving with Figure 4,
From A, B to FIG. 5 A, B, FIG. 6 A, B, and FIG. 7 A, B, the receiving shaft 14 finally passes through the latch 7. A return spring 11 built into the instantaneous lock body 2 moves the slider 5, lever 6, and latch 7 to their original positions, that is, as shown in FIG.
Return to the position shown in B. As a result, the receiving shaft 14 engages with the rear surface 7b of the latch 7 as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, and the smoke exhaust door 17
is locked as shown by the solid line in FIG. To open the smoke exhaust door 17, pull the wire 18 connected to the wire stopper 10 of the lever 6 on the lock body 2 , and the lever 6, slider 5, and latch 7 will resist the elastic force of the return spring 11. Since the latch 7 moves in the direction of the arrow a,
The receiving shaft 14 is removed from the back surface 7b and unlocked. At this time, the smoke exhaust door 17 is opened by the kicking force of the kicking device 19 provided on the smoke exhaust door 17. As explained above, according to the lock for a smoke exhaust window according to the present invention, the latch 7, which locks and unlocks by engaging and disengaging from the receiving shaft 14, can be slid on the lock body 2 together with the wire stopper 10, and the latch 7 can be used for return. The front surface is formed into an inclined surface 7a so as to be movable against the spring 11 by a component of the force of contact with the receiving shaft 14, and the front surface is formed into an inclined surface 7a. Since the structure is such that locking and unlocking by disengaging can be performed by moving the latch 7 in one direction, the mechanism and operation are extremely simple compared to the conventional example, and non-operation is unlikely to occur. Therefore, locking and unlocking operations can be ensured not only when used alone but also when used in multiple units, increasing reliability in the event of an emergency such as a fire outbreak, and
Since the number of parts is small, it has practical effects such as being able to be manufactured at low cost.
