音声合成装置へ運転停止信号8が出力され同時にカウン
ター起動信号18がカウンターへ出力される。乗込口用
検出器33が乗客を感知し作動した場合、検出信号7が
カウンター29へ伝えられ一定時間カウントした後、降
り日用検出器34が作動した時送られてくる検出信号7
aと前記検出信号7との論理積によりそれが成立した場
合にはエスカレータ停止信号4がエスカレータ制御盤3
1へ出力されエスカレータは停止する。また成立しなか
った場合は一定時間後エスカレータ停止信号4を出力運
