直後は、研磨によって発生した記録ヘッドの削りカスや

着し、これによって印画物の画質を著しく劣化さぜるこ
とがあった。又、印画途中に於いてもインクフィルム上
のゴミが記録電極周辺に付着し、著しいが質実化をまね
くことがあった。この様子を第2図に示す。121は記
録電極であり、122はベース基板である。500が電
