【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)梱包箱にUベンド管を箱詰めするに際し、梱包箱
内にUベンド管の両直管部の内側部をガイドすべくこの
Uベンド管の両直管部の内側部間寸法に対応させるよう
に離間寸法が調整自在な一対の側当板を有する第1の治
具を設置し、この第1の治具によってガイドしながら同
一ベンド曲率のUベンド管を所定数量積上げ、次に上記
Uベンド管よりベンド曲率が小なるUベンド管を積上げ
る際に、上記第1の治具の側当板間寸法を当該小ベンド
曲率のUベンド管の両直管部の内側部間寸法に対応させ
、かつこのベンド曲率の小さいUベンド管と先のベンド
曲率の大きいUベンド管との間に支え板よりなる第2の
治具を介在させて両者を一定の寸法関係に保ちながらベ
ンド曲率の小さいUベンド管を積上げる作業を順次行う
ことを特徴とするUベンド管の梱包方法。
