Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate execution of works by forming a wall panel from a plate-shaped stone material which is fixed onto a composite material, placing such wall panels on a ground member side by side, and pressing and fixing the edge of the composite material with a fixture metal which is fixed to the ground member. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped stone material 4 is fixed onto a composite material 3 with a flat plate material fixed to at least one of the front and rear surfaces of an undulated core so as to form a wall panel. Such wall panels are placed side by side on ground members 1, 2 fixed to the mass 9. A fixture metal 5 is fixed to the ground members 1, 2 at the joint where the composite material adjoins, and the edge of the composite material is pressed and fixed with the fixture metal 5. Further a decoration joint plate 6 is fitted on the fixture metal 5.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, in order to finish the interior and exterior walls of a building, particularly a building, with stone, stone such as marble is sliced into plates and is constructed using either the wet method or the dry method. In the wet type 1 method, mortar is backfilled with stone triggers exposed on the surface of the concrete structure, and stones are held on top of this mortar with stone triggers. In addition, in the dry method 1, dowel holes are formed in the stone and the dowel holes are connected to the base using a trigger plate. In this case, backfilling with mortar is not performed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above construction method, the length of the stone is 600 mm.
Since the stones used are approximately 825 mm thick at the corners, the stones themselves are quite heavy, requiring large load-bearing properties for the holders, and it takes 4.5 people to install one stone. It is said that Moreover, it requires a highly skilled worker, and even if it takes a long time to complete the installation, there will be variations in the accuracy of the installation.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, a wall panel is made up of a base material, a composite material, a plate-like stone, and a fixing fitting, and a wall panel is composed of the composite material and the plate-like stone. As a result, there is no need for backfilling of mortar, formation of dowels, or triggers as in conventional methods, and the construction can be performed easily and unaffected by the weather, even by craftsmen with few years of experience, and the construction accuracy is high. It is possible to provide a wall structure that fully takes advantage of the properties of the composite material, which is lightweight, high strength, and has excellent sound resistance, vibration damping, heat insulation, noncombustibility, and waterproofness.
