Generally, when a panel is attached to a frame of a building or a frame pre-formed in the shape of a room using lightweight steel sections, it is fastened with bolts, screws, or the like. This fastening with bolts, screws, etc. may be performed from the back side and front side of the panel. When fastening the bolts on the back side of the panel, it was necessary to provide a bolt protruding from the back side of the panel in advance, insert it into the bolt hole of the frame, and fasten it with a nut.

Also, when fastening from the front side of the panel,
This is done by simply screwing bolts, screws, etc. into the frame from the front side of the panel. Another method of fastening from the front side is to remove one tile from the part of the panel where bolts, screws, etc. are screwed in, and then paste the removed tile after installing the tile panel. be.

Furthermore, when fastening with bolts, screws, etc. from the front side of the panel, the heads of the bolts, screws, etc. are exposed on the front side of the panel, resulting in an unsightly appearance. Furthermore, the method of removing one tile and attaching the tile after the panel is fastened has the disadvantage that the number of work steps increases and it is time-consuming.

Therefore, the means adopted by the present invention to solve the above problem is to cut and cut the vicinity of the periphery of a backing plate such as a metal plate, synthetic resin plate, etc. attached to the back of the panel and curve it into a roughly cylindrical shape. The fitting protrusions are provided at appropriate intervals, and the fitting protrusions are elastically fitted into the grooves of a groove-shaped steel frame that has been formed into a room-shaped frame in advance or a groove-shaped steel frame installed in a building frame, etc. ,
The free tip of the fitting protrusion is brought into contact with the folded portion of the inner wall surface of the groove to form a retaining structure.

1 to 4 relate to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the tile panel 1 seen from the front side, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the tile panel 1 seen from the back side. The perspective view shown in Figure 3 shows the groove-shaped steel frame 7.
FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the state in which the tile panel 1 is attached to the groove-shaped steel frame 7. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the tile panel 1 of this embodiment has a substrate 3 made of a foamed resin material such as urethane foam. A plurality of tiles 2 are adhered to the surface of the substrate 3 in an array. Further, a backing plate 4 made of a metal plate or a bendable synthetic resin plate such as vinyl chloride is attached to the back surface of the substrate 3. The backing plate 4 is attached using self-adhesive properties such as urethane foam.

Thus, in the tile panel 1 of this embodiment, a fitting protrusion 5 is provided near the peripheral edge of the backing plate 4 by cutting and raising the backing plate 4 and bending it into a generally cylindrical shape. . The fitting protrusions 5 are provided at appropriate positions at predetermined intervals.

The tile panel 1 having such a configuration has the above-mentioned fitting protrusion 5 fitted into a groove 8 of a groove-shaped steel frame 7, etc., which is installed in a building frame 6, etc., or which is formed in advance in the shape of a room. can be installed. At the start of fitting, the free tip 9 of the fitting protrusion 5 is elastically compressed at the entrance of the groove 8 and easily deforms, so that its diameter becomes shorter in the left-right direction and longer in the up-down direction. When the fitting is completed, the fitting protrusion 5 expands within the groove 8. Therefore, the fitting protrusion 5
As shown in FIG. 4, the diameter of the groove is long in the left-right direction and short in the vertical direction, so that it comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the groove in an elastically compressed state. Then, the expanded portion engages with the folded portion 10 at the entrance of the groove and is prevented from coming off. Furthermore, the free tip 9 of the fitting protrusion 5 is in contact with the back side of the folded part 10, which is a part of the inner wall surface of the groove, and has a structure that prevents it from coming off easily in the removal direction, so a strong removal prevention structure is achieved. can get.

Therefore, in the tile panel 1 of this embodiment, the fitting protrusion 5 of the backing plate 4 is connected to the groove-shaped steel frame 7.
A tile wall surface can be constructed by simply fitting the tile into the groove 8 of the tile, making the construction work very simple and easy. Moreover, the fitting protrusion 5 can be formed at the site and does not require a separate member or the like. Therefore, it is possible to omit the effort, cost, etc. required for its production.

5 and 6 are related to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the tile panel 1 seen from the back side, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the tile panel 1 with a groove-shaped steel frame FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the state in which the device is attached to the device. In this second embodiment, two fitting protrusions 5 which are formed by cutting and bending a backing plate 4 are provided in succession. The distances of the respective fitting protrusions 5 from the tile panel side end surface 1a are slightly different. As a result, the groove 8 of the groove-shaped steel frame 7, etc.
Even if the tile panel 1 has a large cross-sectional shape, the tile panel 1 can be fitted. That is, in this case,
One fitting protrusion 5 contacts the left groove inner wall surface and the upper groove inner wall surface in an elastically compressed state, and the other fitting protrusion 5 contacts the right groove inner wall surface and the upper groove inner wall surface. It contacts in an elastically compressed state and forms a retaining structure. Other configurations and effects are as follows.
This is the same as in the embodiment.

As explained above, in the present invention, the panel wall surface can be constructed simply by fitting the fitting protrusion on the back surface of the panel into the groove of the frame, and the construction work is extremely simple. Moreover, it is possible to reliably attach the panel with simple work. Furthermore, the fitting protrusion on the back of the panel can be provided by cutting and raising the vicinity of the periphery of the backing plate and forming it into a cylindrical shape, which eliminates the need for separate members and can be formed easily and inexpensively. It can be formed at the construction site immediately before construction. Therefore, the fitting protrusion does not get in the way during transportation, and does not become bulky when stacked. Furthermore, the free tip of the fitting protrusion, which is curved into a cylindrical shape, comes into contact with the folded portion of the inner wall surface of the groove, thereby forming a retaining structure. Therefore, the tile panel, which is quite heavy, will not fall off after installation, making it extremely safe for this type of wall material.
