Abstract

PURPOSE:To apply a new waterproof layer simply and in a short time by removing only the ends of the waterproof layer, and then applying a new waterproof layer, wherein removal of the whole old waterproof layer is not required. CONSTITUTION:Only the ends of the old waterproof layer 2 are removed, and the overroof foundation is exposed in the places of these ends, and the surface of the residual old waterproof layer 2 is held partially by a plate piece 3 to fasten physically the old waterproof layer 2 with the overroof foundation 1 thereunder. A new waterproof material 6 is applied on the exposed overroof foundation 1a, old waterproof layer 2, and plate piece 3, and they are adhered fast to the new waterproof material 6.

Conventionally, waterproofing of the rooftops of buildings and other buildings has been done by forming a waterproof layer on the surface of the rooftop foundation, that is, by applying asphalt, various types of roofing, rubber sheets, vinyl chloride resin sheets, etc. to the surface of the rooftop foundation, or by applying plastic. This was done by forming a coating film on the surface of the rooftop foundation. If water starts leaking over time, the roof waterproof layer is repaired by removing the old waterproof layer and applying new waterproof material to the surface of the rooftop foundation. Ta. This is because when a new waterproof material is applied over an old waterproof layer, there is a risk that the adhesion between the old waterproof layer and the new waterproof layer will not be sufficient and the new waterproof layer will peel off due to negative wind pressure.

For this reason, the present invention, when repairing a rooftop waterproof layer formed by applying a waterproofing material on a rooftop foundation, removes only the end portion of the waterproof layer to expose the rooftop foundation at the end portion, and , the surface of the remaining waterproofing layer is partially pressed down with a plate piece to physically fix the waterproofing layer and the underlying rooftop foundation, and then a new layer is applied onto the exposed rooftop foundation, waterproofing layer, and plate piece. The gist is a method for repairing a rooftop waterproof layer, which is characterized by applying waterproofing material to the roof and bonding the new waterproofing material to the roof.

In the present invention, only the terminal portion of the old waterproof layer 2 is removed to expose the rooftop foundation at the terminal portion. After spraying,
It is preferable to press and seal the end of the old waterproof N2 with a sealing material 5 such as silicone. 1a represents the exposed rooftop foundation. The remaining surface of the old waterproof layer 2 is partially pressed down with the plate piece 3, and the old waterproof layer 2 and the rooftop foundation 1 below it are
(for example, 20 kg/cd
), In order to physically fix them, as shown in FIG. 2, screws 4 made of metal such as stainless steel or plastic may be used, for example. The material of the plate piece 3 is as follows:
Any material may be used as long as it has strong adhesion to the newly applied waterproofing material, such as metal such as aluminum or plastic such as hard vinyl chloride resin. The size of plate piece 3 is
Although not particularly limited, 200 mm x 2QO
a+mX(2-10) about 1. These plate pieces 3 are partially arranged on the old waterproof layer 2 so as to be scattered on the surface of the old waterproof layer 2 (for example, 27 pieces/1000 m"
). The reason why it is not placed over the entire surface is that even if it is only partially placed, by physically fixing it, the connection between the old waterproof layer 2 and the rooftop base 1 below it becomes strong. In addition,
When arranging the plate piece 3, as shown in Fig. 2, the old waterproof layer 2 is partially cut out, and the plate piece 3 is fitted into the notch using a plate piece 3 that fits the shape of the cutout. This will further strengthen the connection between the plate piece 3, the old waterproof layer 2, and the rooftop foundation 1.

Next, in the present invention, a new waterproofing material 6 is applied on the exposed rooftop base la, the old waterproofing layer 2, and the plate piece 3, and these and the new waterproofing material 6 are bonded together. An appropriate adhesive may be used for bonding. As the waterproof material 6, ordinary rubber sheets, vinyl chloride resin sheets, roofing with sand (

As explained above, according to the present invention, the old waterproof layer and the rooftop foundation thereunder are physically pressed and firmly fixed by the plate pieces, and the exposed rooftop foundation and the new waterproof material are firmly attached. Further, since the plate piece and the new waterproofing material are firmly adhered to each other, there is no fear that the new waterproofing material and/or the old waterproofing layer will peel off even under negative wind pressure. Additionally, because the old waterproof layer is not completely removed during renovation, costs can be significantly reduced compared to conventional construction methods.
