本発明は、従来の防水層を全面的に撒去することなく、
簡易に新規な防水層を施工できる屋上防水層の改修工法

いた。そして、経年後に漏水するようになった場合には
、これらの古い防水材からなる防水層を撒去し、再び新
たに防水材を屋上基盤の表面に施すことにより屋上防水
層の改修を行っていた。古い防水層の上に新しい防水材
を施した場合には、古い防水層と新しい防水層との接着
が十分でなく、マイナスの風圧によって新しい防水層が

接着せしめることを特徴とする屋上防水層の改修工法を
