Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a repair method applied when an existing waterproof sheet deteriorates in a waterproof structure such as a rooftop of a building or a parking lot.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of waterproofing the concrete base on building rooftops and parking lots, waterproofing is achieved by attaching the entire surface of a waterproof sheet made of an elastomer material such as rubber, polyurethane, or other resin to the surface of the base with an adhesive. There is a close contact method to ensure the properties.
[0003]
In such a waterproof structure in which the entire surface of the waterproof sheet is adhered to the base with an adhesive, the waterproof sheet is made of a material having excellent physical properties such as weather resistance, and waterproof performance over a long period of time However, it is unavoidable that the waterproof sheet will deteriorate due to exposure to wind and rain for many years and exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays. I need it.
[0004]
When repairing such a waterproof structure, the existing waterproof sheet attached to the base is not only deteriorated, but also the adhesive strength between the existing waterproof sheet and the base is reduced. Since there is a possibility, peel off the entire surface of the existing waterproof sheet from the base, clean the surface of the base, etc., and then apply an adhesive to the entire surface of the base to apply a new waterproof sheet to the entire surface of the base. The method of re-pasting is common.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when peeling off the existing waterproof sheet over the entire surface in this way, it takes a lot of labor and time to remove the waterproof sheet in a structure where the waterproof area is very large, and the repair work takes several days. It will be over. Thus, if the renovation work takes a long time, there is a possibility that there will be rain during that period, and there is a possibility that rain leakage may occur if the groundwork is not waterproof. The peeled existing waterproof sheet must be disposed of as industrial waste. However, if the existing waterproof sheet is peeled over the entire surface, the amount of disposal increases, resulting in problems from the environmental viewpoint.
[0006]
Furthermore, when the base is made of concrete panels such as ALC (autoclaved / lightweight / concrete) plates, the joint between adjacent panels is filled with a sealing material to ensure waterproofness. When peeling off the existing waterproof sheet affixed to the base of such a panel method, the sealing material may be peeled off from the joint when the existing waterproof sheet is peeled off from the base. If the sealing material is peeled off from the joints in this way, it is necessary to perform the work of filling the joints with the sealing material again before re-applying the new waterproof sheet, which causes a problem that unnecessary work is increased. Met.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for repairing a waterproof structure capable of performing repair work in a short period of time and reducing the amount of industrial waste produced. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for repairing a waterproof structure that can eliminate the need for refilling with a sealing material when performing repair on a grounded base.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the method for repairing a waterproof structure according to claim 1 of the present invention provides a part of an existing waterproof sheet for repairing a waterproof structure waterproofed by bonding almost the entire surface of the waterproof sheet to a base. After removing the rest, remove at least the existing tarpaulin and apply the adhesive to the exposed base, and then place a new tarpaulin on the base including the part where the existing tarpaulin is left. Laying and fixing a new waterproof sheet to the base with an adhesive, it is not necessary to peel the existing waterproof sheet over the entire surface, reducing the labor of the worker who peels off the existing waterproof sheet In addition, the repair work period can be shortened, and the amount of existing tarpaulin that has been peeled off is reduced as industrial waste, reducing environmental problems. Than is.
In the invention of claim 1, the base is formed by laying the panels side by side, and among the existing waterproof sheets, the portion above the joint filled with the sealing material between the panels is left without being peeled off. Therefore, when the existing waterproof sheet is peeled off, the sealing material filled in the joint is not peeled off from the joint, and the trouble of refilling the joint with the sealing material becomes unnecessary.
