の車両前後方向端部で車両巾方向中央側端部に該

ート6の自力開放状態を示したものであり、軌道
桁3との間隙寸法Wが開放時に間隙寸法W′に変
化することを示している。すなわち、前記下スカ
ート6の支持点のみによつて支持された開放状態
において、該下スカート6の車両巾方向中央側端
部が台車2を構成する部材例えば安定輪6の外側
部よりも少なくとも車体巾方向外側に位置する軌
道桁3との間隙寸法W′となるように該下スカー
ト6の重心位置Gが設置されている。なお、下ス
カート6の傾斜した形状は、前記重心位置Gを車
両巾方向中央側に特別な部材を設けることなく位
置させる上で非常に有効である。また、下スカー
ト6の裏面には、低騒音化のために吸音材15が
全面に貼つてあり、17は下スカート6の裏面に
