In order to impart waterproofness and heat resistance to conventional concrete substrates, such as concrete roofs,
A heat insulating layer made of plastic foam and a waterproof layer made of asphalt or the like are provided on the base surface. However, concrete bases usually contain humid water, and water vapor rising from indoors penetrates into the concrete base, and this moisture expands due to solar heat and becomes water vapor, which prevents it from escaping to the outside. However, it was blocked by the heat insulating layer and could not be discharged. Therefore, the water vapor pushes up the heat insulating layer and discharges through the gap formed between the heat insulating layer and the concrete surface, so the heat insulating layer becomes separated from the concrete base.
It was not possible to form sufficient heat insulation properties. Furthermore, if the water vapor contained in the concrete is not discharged to the outside and is allowed to cool overnight, it becomes water droplets that drip into the room, causing problems such as staining walls, tatami mats, etc.

To improve this, when providing a heat insulating layer and a waterproof layer made of plastic foam on the concrete base surface, a heat insulating waterproofing method is provided in which grooves for moisture drainage are formed on both sides of the heat insulating layer, communicating from the center to the edges. The material is published as Utility Model No. 55-33363. However, when adhering this heat insulating layer to the concrete base surface and constructing a waterproof layer on top of it,
When compression processing is applied, the concave grooves are easily crushed and cannot perform a drainage function.

In view of the current situation, the present invention has been made as a result of intensive research into improving this, and has resulted in the discovery of a heat insulating material for concrete that can easily discharge the moisture contained in the concrete base to the outside. That is, the present invention is characterized in that the heat insulating material provided on the concrete base surface is formed of two layers: a moisture permeable layer made of plastic nonwoven fabric and a heat insulating layer made of polyolefin foam having closed cells.

In particular, the present invention is to provide a moisture permeable layer made of plastic non-woven fabric in contact with the surface of the concrete base, and this moisture permeable layer prevents moisture contained within the concrete base from staying inside the base, allowing the moisture to flow through the non-woven fabric. It can be easily discharged to the outside through the process. Also, even though it is compressed during construction of a waterproof layer, it does not impede water permeability in any way.
