【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は絞り加工した円筒形容器の開口部周辺
に残つた張出部分を成形するトランスフアプレス
におけるトリミング型に関し、トリミング径に対
して製品の高さが高い場合に用いて好適なトリミ
ング型に関するものである。

1に設けた場合は、フイードバーのフインガで掴
んだ前工程の加工品をパイロツト2の高さ以上に
上昇させてパンチ1の上に搬入し、下降させてパ
ンチ1に載せ、トリミング加工後はフインガで掴
んだ製品3をパイロツト2の高さ以上に上昇させ
てから搬出しなければならない。この昇降動作は
加工品及び製品の安定性を損ない、またプレスが
高速化された場合に追従できないという欠点があ
つた。本考案の目的は、これらの欠点を除き、パ
イロツトを設けることなく、かつ、安定性のよい
トランスフアプレスにおけるトリミング型を提供
することにある。

される時期に受け部材を前進させてパンチの周囲
に平面を形成させ、トリミング加工のとき後退さ
せ、上型の上昇に合わせて再び前進させるように
したものである。従つて搬入される加工品と、ト
リミング加工後の製品との姿勢の安定性を確保
し、トランスフアプレスの高速化に対して追従を
可能とし、かつ搬送の失敗をなくすことができ
る。

円形部9A,9A′が設けられている。受け部材
9,9′は、下型5の側面に固設したブラケツト
10上に搬送方向Aと直角にパンチ6に向けて設
けたシリンダ11,11′のピストンロツドに連
結されている。シリンダ11,11′に給排する
圧力エアにより、受け部材9,9′はパンチ6の
側面に沿う位置から第1図に一点鎖線で示す位置
の間を進退する。第2図は後退した位置にある受
け部材9を示している。

できるなど、実用上の効果と利点は大きい。
