(Prior Art) In conventional sewn umbrella fabrics, which are formed by sewing together a plurality of triangular pieces of plain woven fabric for umbrella fabrics, the periphery of the cut pieces is sewn to prevent threads from fraying on the outer periphery of the fabric. Some of the edges had been sewn in advance. For example, Figure 8 (a)
As shown in the figure, both side edges f1. f
1 is rolled up and hemmed with a sewing machine, h is applied, and the plain weave fabric n with hem stitched on both sides f1 is stacked in multiple layers and cut to fit a triangular shape with a cutter, etc., and then, for example, Eight cut pieces S were sewn together so that the hem-sewn edges constituted the outer periphery to create an umbrella fabric. In addition, as shown in Fig. 8 (b), the plain weave fabric f for umbrella fabric is cut one by one with a heat cutter to form a cut piece S with the outer peripheral edge welded, and an appropriate number of pieces S are sewn together. The fabric was sewn together to create umbrella fabric. In addition,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 9-13866, cuts are made in advance at each apex corner of a single-layer umbrella fabric cut piece cut into a regular polygonal shape, and the cuts are sewn by overlock stitching or the like. A single-layer umbrella fabric was created by applying hem stitching to the outer edge.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When producing the above-mentioned sewn umbrella fabric, when stacking and cutting a large number of edge-stitched plain weave fabric openings, the thickness of both sides of the stacked stacked layers t increases. Both sides of the lever bulge locally, making cutting work difficult or impossible, which limits the number of umbrellas that can be stacked of the plain-woven fabric f for umbrella fabric, significantly reducing the production efficiency of the shredded pieces S and increasing costs. There are also problems in that even if the number of stacked sheets is limited, the cut shape becomes inaccurate, requiring a skilled worker.

First, the original fabric 1 for umbrella fabric is a warp knitted fabric with a stitch structure that prevents fraying, and is dyed and water-repellent. Using knitted fabric T, many sheets of this original fabric 1 for umbrella fabric (
As shown in FIG. 5, the stacked layers 12 (for example, 100 sheets) are sequentially punched into a regular octagonal shape in the longitudinal direction by a press cutting machine, and stacked regular octagonal single-layer umbrella fabric cut pieces 3. The layers 14 to 14 are cut so that each cut piece 3 is substantially connected to each other through one vertex corner. Also,
The uncut portions between the stacked layers 14 of the cut pieces 3 for umbrella fabric are sequentially punched out into isosceles triangular shapes using a press cutting machine, and the stacked layers 13 of the cut pieces 2 for umbrella fabric are sewn into an isosceles triangular shape. - 13 are cut so that both apex corners of each pair of cut pieces 2 are butted against each other. Therefore, the stacked layer 14 in which a large number of single-layer cut umbrella fabric pieces 3 are stacked, and the stacked layer 13 in which a large number of sewn umbrella fabric fabric pieces 2 are stacked can be created simultaneously. Incidentally, as shown by imaginary lines in FIG. 5, the cut pieces 2 and 3 may be cut in a state in which cut pieces having different shapes of cut edges are mixed.

The above-mentioned stitched umbrella fabric 1 and single-layered umbrella fabric 2 are formed of the cut pieces 2.3 obtained by cutting the warp knitted bottom, so the umbrella fabric 1. The elastic properties of K1.2 have been improved, and the elastic behavior in all directions has become almost uniform, making both umbrella fabrics K1. When 2 is stretched out, the stretched shape can be made even over the entire surface, suppressing the occurrence of local sagging and wrinkles, and the cut edge 7 can be prevented from fraying. Place 1. on the umbrella fabric with the outer periphery of 2 unstitched. You can create 2 in the umbrella area and 1 in the umbrella area.
.. In addition to simplifying and streamlining the manufacturing process in step 2 and increasing productivity, it also improves productivity in the umbrella fabric. Since the outer peripheral edge of 2 can be left unsewn, the shape of the cut edge 7 can be changed to, for example, a wavy shape or a convex shape, and can be applied to the umbrella fabric in 1. We diversified the outline shape of 2, and added 1. to the umbrella area. 2 has the effect of enhancing the design effect.
