Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 中空ドラムの外周に多数の歯を成型して歯先面や歯
底面に多数の通水孔を開孔した左右脱水ドラムギヤーに
無端濾布ベルトの1端を各々掛け廻して相互に噛合回転
させ、該左右脱水ドラムの噛合上方位置より汚泥、果菜
加工屑等の被脱水物を投入して左右脱水ドラムギヤーの
噛合圧力により被脱水物を圧縮して含有した水分を濾布
ベルトより脱水ドラムギヤー内へと脱水させて外部へ排
出させることを特徴としてなる、汚泥、果菜加工屑等の
連続脱水方法。 2 左右方向を長手となした機枠内の中央上方位置にド
ラムの外周に多数の歯を成型して歯先面や歯底面に多数
の通水孔を開孔した左右脱水ドラムギヤーを相互に噛合
させて軸支すると共に1方の脱水ドラムギヤーをスプリ
ング付可動軸受で左右に摺動可能に軸支させ、左右脱水
ドラムギヤーの上方に左右ベルト押えギヤーを軸支して
噛合させ、機枠内の両側寄り上方位置に上下1対のロー
ラよりなる左右側挾持ローラを軸支し、機枠内の両側寄
り下部位置に左右受けローラを軸支させると共に受けロ
ーラの下面に左右脱水ローラを圧接状に軸支させ、左脱
水ドラムギヤー、左挾持ローラ、左受けローラに左無端
濾布ベルトをV型状に掛廻すと共に右脱水ドラムギヤー
、右挾持ローラ、右受けローラに右無端濾布ベルトを掛
廻して各脱水ドラムギヤー、挾持ローラ、受けローラ等
をモータで連動させ、各脱水ドラムギヤーや脱水ローラ
の下方に脱水受皿を架設し、機枠の上面中央位置にカッ
ター付の投入ホッパーを架設し、脱水ドラムギヤーの下
方位置で無端濾布ベルトと接摺するブラシローラやテン
ションローラを配置し、機枠内の中央下方位置に捕集ホ
ッパー、排出コンベヤーを設置したことを特徴とする、
汚泥、果菜加工屑等の連続脱水装置。

Left and right holding rollers consisting of a pair of upper and lower rollers are pivotally supported at upper positions, and left and right receiving rollers are pivotally supported at lower positions on both sides within the machine frame, and left and right dewatering rollers are shafted in pressure contact with the lower surface of the receiving rollers. The left endless filter cloth belt is placed around the left dewatering drum gear, left holding roller, and left receiving roller in a V-shape, and the right endless filter cloth belt is placed around the right dewatering drum gear, right holding roller, and right receiving roller. The dewatering drum gear, holding rollers, receiving rollers, etc. are interlocked by a motor, and a dewatering tray is installed below each dewatering drum gear and dewatering roller, and a charging hopper with a cutter is installed at the center of the upper surface of the machine frame, and a dewatering tray is installed below the dewatering drum gear. Brush rollers and tension rollers are placed in contact with the endless filter cloth belt at certain positions, and a collection hopper and discharge conveyor are installed at the lower center of the machine frame.
