気の送気路7と、図示しないが従来と同様に加圧
空気作動部1の作動後の加圧空気を導びく排気路
と、頭部2から霧を噴出するためのチツプエア通
路及び水通路とが夫々配設されており、さらに軸
部3の後端部に連結機構Cの連結筒8が設けられ
ている。一方継手部材Bは、体部9の先端部に前
記手持部材Aの嵌合凹部5内に回転自在に嵌合す
る嵌合筒体10を突設し、後端部に可撓性ホース
11を接続して成り、前記嵌合筒体10の先端に

後端面と対向する照明灯12を有したランプカー
トリツジ13が交換可能に装着してあり、前記体

記手持部材Aに導入する入気孔14と、図示しな
いが前記手持部材Aの排気路、チツプエア通路及
び水通路に夫々連通する通路が配設され、かつ嵌
合筒体10には、前記入気孔14からの加圧空気
を前記手持部材Aの送気路7に供給する通孔15
が設けてある。そしてこのように構成された継手
部材Bの体部9内に、前記入気孔14から加圧空
気によつて回転する羽根車16と、これに直結さ
れた小型発電機17とを備えて成る発電ユニツト
18が装備してあり、前記羽根車16を回転後の
加圧空気は通気孔19及び前記嵌合筒体10内を
経て、前記通孔15に導びかれる。前記発電ユニ
ツト18は端子を有しており、この端子がリード
線20を介して前記ランプカートリツジ13の照
明灯12と電気的に接続される。なお、前記体部

着脱自在に連結して成る歯科用治療器具におい
