面は放熱板やパツキン、緊締ボルト等の連結具に
より一体に取付けられ、さらに前記内罐の後方に
は火当り板が外罐内壁に取付けて設けられ、さら
に外罐の後方開口部には蓋体が取付けられて罐体
全体が密閉されている等、その構造が非常に複雑
で、かつ製作が面倒であると共に瓦斯洩れの危険
等もあり、また熱効率が悪くその上外密閉体であ
るため外部から罐体内を容易に掃除することがで
きない等の欠点があつた。

の側方に向けられ、さらに必要に応じ上方へ向け
られるようになつている。35は燃焼室13側の
カバーであり、36は複数個の積載用止金具であ
る。また37は加熱水罐2の外側面に夫々取付け
た複数個の運搬用把手である。

は内側面4aと外側面4bの夫々の端部を溶接部
4cによつて閉塞されており、外罐3の奥は曲面
状火当り鏡面部3bによつて一体的に閉塞されて
いるため、効率のよい熱交換が行なわれる。

体的に閉塞した構造したので、従来のように外罐
に対して別個に火当り板や蓋などを必要としない
でも一層効率よく熱交換を行ない得られ、かつ製
作が極めて簡単となると共に、外罐の開口側に取
付けた燃焼室に加熱水罐内を掃除するための掃除
口を設け、この掃除口からホース等を差込んで圧
力水により加熱水罐内を容易に掃除することがで
きるものであり、しかも掃除後の水は排気筒から
罐外に容易に排出し燃焼を支障なく行うことが出
来得る等の効果がある。
