Abstract

PURPOSE:To sufficiently cope even with a washing request in a small lot such as an individual unit by providing two or more processing tanks to be independently operated and stopped. CONSTITUTION:Each solvent 107 is pumped up in a necessary quantity from a solvent tank 106 to be shared through a filter 130 to respective processing tanks 103 and 103a by a pump 120. Next, respective processing tanks 103 and 103a are independently rotated at a low speed. The solvent 107 is circulated in the cycle of the processing tanks 103 and 103a, a button trap 113, a pump 121 and the processing tanks 103 and 103a, and clothes 102 and 102a in the processing tanks 103 and 103a are independently washed. Thereafter, the solvent 107 is discharged from the processing tanks 103 and 103a to a distiller 108. Next, processing drums 104 and 104a are rotated at a low speed, an air is circulated in the directions of arrows 150 and 150a between a recovery air duct part 151 to be shared and the processing tanks 103 and 103a, and the clothes 102 and 102a are independently dried. Thus, the washing processing of the small lot can be sufficiently coped with.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Therefore, according to the conventional dryer one-leaning method, there are problems in that very lightly soiled clothing is contaminated by heavily soiled clothing, and that clothing belonging to an unspecified number of other people is contaminated. Since the cleaning process is performed at the same time, it is currently not possible to meet the demands of small-lot cleaning processes for individual consumers due to processing capacity, cost, etc.

The present invention aims to solve the problem that conventional dry cleaners are designed to wash a wide variety of clothes at the same time, and are unsuitable for washing in small loft units. The present invention also meets the recent latent needs of consumers, who do not want to wash clothes together with other people's clothes, and aims to provide a device that can perform individual dry cleaning in the true sense of the word. It is.

(Function) Since each treatment tank can be washed and dried independently by operating each valve, it is possible to run each treatment tank at random, and it is possible to perform cleaning and drying according to the degree of dirt, classification by clothing material, and individual It is possible to put small lots of clothing, such as, into each processing tank and start the operation at random. As a result, it is possible to sufficiently handle the cleaning of clothing in sections depending on the degree of soiling and the cleaning of small lots such as those for individuals.

The embodiment shown in the drawings is a dry cleaning apparatus having two processing tanks for the sake of simplicity as shown in FIG. 1, but in order to make the most effective use of the present invention,
It is optimal to have 4 to 6 treatment tanks. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, an example was introduced in which the deodorizing device 200 was attached.
Of course, the solvent recovery rate can be improved by attaching a solvent recovery device, which is commonly used at present. Furthermore, in the example shown in Fig. 1, an example of a nonflammable solvent that can be used continuously from cleaning to drying was explained, but the same concept can be applied to so-called petroleum-based dry cleaners that use mineral turpentine. It goes without saying that it can be done.
