Abstract

PURPOSE:To learn abdominal respiration inclusive of the abdomen and the pit of the stomach by oneself, to easily acquire a respiration method in good order and to promote health by the training of respiration, by constituting the title machine of a timer for regulating a load time holding the max. pressure and an open time discharging the air in an air bag and a control system. CONSTITUTION:An abdominal respiration support machine is constituted of timers 13A, 13B, which begin to feed air to an air bag 6 and further regulate a load time t1 holding the max. pressure and an open time t2 discharging the air in the air bag 6, and a control system. The pressure of the compressed air from an air compressor 7 is selected to safe pressure by a pressure control valve 9 for the sake of the safety of a human body. When pressure equal to or more than said safe pressure is generated on the downstream side, the pressure control valve 9 discharges the compressed air out of the system to hold pressure to the set valve. An air sump 10 is provided in order to stabilized the pressure of an air feed system and a preparatory safe valve 11 is further provided for the sake of safety. By this mechanism, the pressure of the air sent to the air bag 6 is held to safe pressure or less at any time and the pressure variation of the compressed air sent to the air bag 6 can be reduced.

The material of the bag is a flexible bag made of thick cotton, synthetic fiber, or thin leather that repeatedly changes from a deflated state to a filled state, and has a rubber bag inside that expands with air. (as in volleyball or basketball), compressed air is used to inflate the rubber bag inside to balance the intra-abdominal pressure of the human body. Further, any method may be used to support the air bag in contact with the abdomen, but the method of attaching an abdominal band to the air bag is easy to handle.

In the present invention, the timer and control system that adjust the load time for starting to feed air into the air bag and maintaining the maximum pressure, and the opening time for discharging the air in the air bag are as shown in FIG. t1 is the time when compressed air is in the air bag and the air bag is applying pressure to the abdomen of the human body, and is the time when the human body, which performs abdominal breathing, concaves its abdomen and exhales. Also, the opening time t2 is the time when the compressed air in the air bag is exhausted, and the human body is released from the pressurization of the air bag during abdominal breathing and is in the inhalation state after exhalation.The exhalation time and the inhalation time are Since they are not the same, the load time 1. and opening time t2 are separately set by a timer. The range of setting time of the timer is about 5 (8) to 90, and the longer the gia of abdominal breathing advances, the longer it is set. As the control system, an electric or pneumatic collapse method may be used in which a timer operates a solenoid valve, an exhaust valve, an air compressor, or the like.

When a predetermined maximum pressure, for example IKf/-, is reached, the pressure regulating valve is operated to prevent the pressure from increasing further (section b = section where breathing is stopped and abdominal muscles are applied). When a predetermined load time t1 is reached, the exhaust valve is activated by a timer to discharge the air inside the air bag to the outside of the system, and the opening time t1 is reached.
Enter 2. When the open time t2 reaches a certain time, the next load time t1 begins, and the timer is controlled so that the exhaust valve is closed and compressed air is sent to the air bag.

The key to abdominal breathing is to gently press down on the middle part 5 of the waist 2 of the stomach 4 as shown in Figure 2.
The person breathing 18 exhales while consciously retracting the entire abdomen at the same time, and at the end of the exhalation, exhales and exhales, putting pressure on the abdominal muscles that have been retracted. Then, after putting pressure on your N abdominal muscles for a short period of time, when you release all the tension and release it, the air will naturally enter your chest through your nostrils or mouth, and your abdomen will return to its original position. Fresh air is sucked into the cup. This is abdominal breathing. At this time, if you expand your chest even more, the inhalation will be at its maximum, and this is called the complete breathing method.

The abdominal breathing auxiliary device of the present invention compresses the abdomen at the time of exhalation in accordance with the amount of exhalation using a flow control valve that adjusts the speed of supplying compressed air to the air bag, and finally - blows out air. A pressure regulating valve is used to adjust the pressure that is balanced when applying force to the abdominal muscles that have been pulled in, and an exhaust valve is used to release all the force and release the force after applying force to the N abdominal muscles for a certain period of time. This is done by a timer that operates. In addition, since the inhalation time is adjusted by using an open time timer, it is possible to learn and practice abdominal breathing method in a planned manner.

The pressure of the compressed air from the air compressor 7 is selected to be a safe pressure by the pressure control valve 9 for human safety (approximately 0.2
~1.5 Ky/cM1). When the pressure exceeds this level on the downstream side, the pressure control valve releases the compressed air to the outside of the system, and the pressure is maintained at the set value. In order to stabilize the pressure of the air supply system, an air pocket is created.10. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a spare safety valve 11 for safety. As a result, the air pressure sent to the air bag 6 can be kept below the safe pressure in any case, and fluctuations in the pressure of the compressed air sent to the air bag 6 can also be reduced.

The present invention includes an air bag that contacts the abdomen of the human body and compresses the abdomen;
an air compressor for feeding air into the air bag; a pressure regulating valve for controlling the maximum pressure of compressed air from the air compressor in the air bag; and a pressure regulating valve for controlling the speed at which the compressed air is fed to the air bag. The air supply pipe system includes a flow rate control valve and an exhaust valve for discharging the air inside the air bag, and a load time for starting to send air into the air bag, maintaining the maximum pressure, and discharging the air inside the air bag. The abdominal breathing assist device, which is characterized by a timer and control system that adjusts the release time, allows even the average person to learn multiple breathing including the lower abdomen and solar plexus, and to easily and orderly breathe. By learning this, you will be able to train and improve your health.
