体を水平に引き抜くことにより、−たん切断した切り口
を再度こすらずにすみ、切り口を滑らかに仕上げ、かつ
刃体の移動の時間ら短縮される。さらに、引き抜くとき
に超音波振動を与えた刃体を拭取部材で挟着することに
より、引抜と同時に刃体が完全に清浄化され、衛生的な
作業を可能にするなどの優れた効果を有するものである
