を定位置につけて巻取を行うか、或いは巻軸を揺
動腕で支持してシート巻太りによりタツチローラ
から揺動離反させて巻取りを行うものであつた
が、巻軸を擢動する支持体で支持して、直線的に
タツチローラから離反させるようにしたものでも
よい。また、台車上で受台が前進後退するように
案内支持しておき、巻芯装着時に台車を停止した
ままで受台のみが後退するようにしてもよい。さ
らに、受台としてシートロール受止用の適宜な間
隔を保つて配置した二本の回転可能な平行棒を備
えるものを用いてもよい。台車の前後退は、人手
によりこれを押し引きして行つてもよい。更に受
台を、台車上で水平施回可能にしておけば、シー
トロールを受台に載せた台車が次工程の作業台の
付近まで後退したとき、受台の先端部を作業台の
方向に向け、作業台上面に高さを合わせて、シー
トロールを作業台上へ転動により搬出することが
できる。操作盤は各動作を各個指令するものか
ら、全動作を自動化したものまで、自由に設計す
ればよい。シート分割巻取機として、所謂ターレ
ツト式のものを適用することができることは勿論
である。

も、その受台が所定の巻芯保持部を備え、且つ巻
芯の軸方向の移動を阻止する留め具を備えるの
で、新しい巻芯を巻軸復帰位置につけて移動しな
いよう保持することができる。したがつて、巻軸
を復帰させる動作で、巻芯の装着も適確に終つて
しまうのである。なお、受台をシートロール下面
直前で止めたような場合には、両者間に、シート
ロールに影響を与えない範囲内での落差(隙間)
が生じることがあるが、両者間に多少の隙間があ
つても巻軸が片端支持状態になつた際には、シー
トロールは巻軸のたわみ等により受台上に接触し
て支えられるので問題ない。もちろん、この場
合、巻軸に過大な応力が加わることもない。
