Nowadays, large revolving windows, etc. are often installed in openings for lighting purposes, and small shoji screens may be installed at a desired position within the large main window, for example at the top or bottom, for ventilation and ventilation. be. In this case, normal ventilation is performed through the child shoji, and the main shoji is always closed. However, parent-child shoji are sometimes used to clean the main shoji or to allow opening in case of other special circumstances. In this case, if the parent shoji is opened without noticing that the child shoji is open, the child shoji will collide with the window frame and be damaged, and there is a risk of glass shards falling outside the building. In order to prevent the above-mentioned danger, this invention has a simple structure that automatically performs the following functions: the parent shoji does not open when the child shoji is open, and the parent shoji opens only when the child shoji is closed. This provides an opening/closing safety fitting that is easy to install. The details of the present metal fittings will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 is a side view of the present invention, showing a rotating window as a main shoji and a sliding window etc. fitted as a child shoji in the opening window frame, and a side cross section near the lower frame is shown. . Parts inside the case are omitted from illustration. FIG. 1 shows both the parent and child in the normal closed state, and a conventional crescent lock or the like is separately provided for security purposes. In the figure, 1 is the lower frame of the window frame, 2 is the lower stile of the main shoji, and 3 is the lower stile of the child shoji. In other words, the illustrated example corresponds to a case where a child shoji is installed below a main shoji.
4 shows the external appearance of the case of the present invention, and only a detection pin and a locking pin, which will be described later, which are built into the case 4 are shown by dotted lines. 2 and 3 are front views of the present invention, with the interior front panel 4' of the case removed, in order to explain the components inside the case 4 and their connections. FIG. 2 shows the sliding and protruding child shoji in the open state, and FIG. 3 shows the same in the closed state. The case 4 has a pine box-like rectangular hexahedron appearance, and the distance between the front plate 4' and the rear plate 4'', which face each other, is small. A rotating shaft 6 that supports the connecting rod 5 is provided near the center, and the connecting rod 5 made of thin plate stainless steel is rotatably supported on the rotating shaft 6, and the longitudinal ends of the connecting rod 5 are provided at both left and right ends of the connecting rod 5. Guide elongated holes 7 and 7' are opened in the respective directions. In the example, the vertical displacement of the left end guide hole is 6 mm, and the vertical displacement of the right end guide hole is 12 mm, and in order to make the displacement amounts different, the connecting rod 5 is pivotally supported in the case 4 at a position to the left of the center of the connecting rod 5. It is something. A guide hole A is provided on the left side of the case 4 when viewed from the front, through which a detection pin 8, which will be described later, passes through a case top plate 9 and is slidable vertically. The guide hole A in this embodiment is a rectangular tube, and a part of the guide hole A is also used as the side wall 10 of the case 4. A slit 11 is cut out in the guide hole A for vertically displacing and moving the thin plate connecting rod 5. A stator 12 that slides along the elongated hole 7 of the connecting rod 5 is embedded in the lower end of the detection pin 8. In addition, in the embodiment, as shown in the perspective view of FIG.
The side protrusion fixed on the top is the stator 12, but it may be at the center of the detection pin 8, and the position is not limited. A pressure receiving portion 8' is fixed to the head of the detection pin 8. As shown in the side view of FIG. 1, the pressure receiving portion 8' is a hexahedron with a downward slope on the outdoor side.

Next, the guide hole B will be explained. Guide hole B
is a rectangular tube located at a position facing the guide hole A and hanging downward from the upper plate 9 of the case 4 to reach the lower end surface of the case, except that the upper end is sealed by the upper plate 9 and the lower end is open. The structure is otherwise the same as the square tube A, and slits 11 for displacing the locking pin 13 are cut out on both sides of the square tube. Locking pin 1
A prismatic column 3 is located at the lower part of the prismatic tube B, and is slidable vertically through the lower end surface of the case 4. At its upper end, a stator 12 for sliding along the guide elongated hole 7' of the connecting rod 5 is implanted into the side wall 8'' by the same means as the detection pin. A coil spring 14 is fitted between the upper end of the head of the case 4 and the lower surface of the upper plate 9 of the case 4.As described above, the case 4 in which each component is built in is referred to as the case body C.Next, To explain the pressure section 15, FIG. 3 is a front view of the pressure roller, FIG. 1 shows its side surface, and the roller 16

Next, to outline the operation of the present invention, first, the lower stile 2 of the parent shoji is cut out, and the case body C is attached and fixed with machine screws 19. Next, a groove member or a chevron member as shown in FIG. 2 or 1 is attached to the window lower frame 1 so that the lower end of the locking pin 13 is hooked thereon. In this case, if the hook portion 20 can be formed by simply cutting out a part of the lower frame or by using the lower frame itself, it is sufficient. Next, a pressurizing part 15 is placed on the lower surface of the lower stile 2 of the child shoji.
Fix with machine screws 19. In this case, if it is possible to use the lower stile of the shoji shoji itself as a pressurizing part, it may be used.

When a parent and child shoji is installed, both the parent and child shoji are normally closed and locked for security purposes as shown in Figure 1. By the way, when you want to ventilate, if you unlock the child shoji and open it as much as necessary, the pressure part 15 disappears on the upper end pressure receiving part 8' of the detection pin 8, as shown in FIG. The locking pin 13 is released by the repulsive force of the coil spring 14 in the hole B.
The head of the window is pushed down vertically, and its lower end is engaged with a hook 20 on the window sill. At the same time, the locking pin 13
The stator 12, which is fixed to Displaced to the state of. In the embodiment, since the position of the shaft 6 is shifted to the left from the center in the diagram of the connection, the pressure receiving part 8' of the detection pin 8 only rises by 6 mm, but the lower end of the locking pin 13 falls by 12 mm, so it is reliable. In some embodiments, the parent shoji can be opened, or prevented from rotating. Next, when the child shoji is closed in the reverse operation, the head pressure receiving part 8' of the detection pin 8 is pushed down by the pressurizing part 15 attached to the child shoji 3, and is connected via the stator 12. In figure 5, the left end is lowered and the right end is raised, so the main shoji is opened rather than being prevented from opening. As described above, it is possible to eliminate the possibility of accidentally opening the main shoji while opening the child shoji, causing glass fragments to fall due to breakage of the shoji, and posing a danger to the human body while walking.

Although the embodiment has been described with reference to the case where the main shoji is a revolving window and the child shoji is attached below it, it can also be attached above if safety fittings are attached. In that case, the head of the detection pin 8 is positioned downward as if standing upside down, and the safety fittings are configured as described above, so if the child shoji slides out and moves like a protrusion, it will not be able to reach the revolving window. Without limitation, it can be attached to single sliding shoji and sliding door shoji, and can be widely used.
