Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an opposite side from being made into a soundless condition for a long time and to announce the deterioration of a reception electric field level to the user of a radio telephone set by providing a means to send a signal sound to a telephone line and to the radio telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A master set 1 checks the output of a reception electric field detecting circuit 10, and when the electric field level decreases, the circuit 10 turns off the output of a receiver 18. Further, the deterioration continues for three seconds, the equipment 1 controls a hybrid circuit 4, sends the output of an announcing sound circuit 32 to a wire telephone circuit 3, controls a transmitter 5, and switches the input of the transmitter 5 from the hybrid circuit output to the output of an alarm sound circuit 31. From this, since an announcing sound is generated from a receiver 15 of a wireless telephone set 2, the user of the wireless telephone set 2 can know the deterioration of the reception electric field level. Further, the opposite side can be prevented from being made into the soundless condition.

One of the outputs of the receiver IIa8 is input to the received electric field detection circuit 10, and the electric field strength is determined. This circuit is generally called a carrier squelch circuit or a noise squelch circuit. Another output is output as a data signal included in the received demodulated wave, and is sent to the parent device! ! The identification signal is input to an identification signal detection circuit 11 which compares an identification signal determined by the combination of the wireless telephone 1 and the wireless telephone 2. This identification signal is generally called an ID code.

The process returns to 01 and determines whether a forced call termination signal has been received.

Furthermore, if the received electric field does not decrease, or if the received electric field decreases but recovers within 30 seconds, the master device 1 determines whether a dial signal has been received (step 106). If a dial signal is received here, a dial signal is sent to the wired telephone port a3 (step 107). As a result, when the other party answers, a call can be made via the wired telephone line. In step 108, it is determined whether a call-end signal has been received, and when the call-end signal is received, the device enters a standby state. Further, if the end-of-call signal is not received, the process returns to step 101 and it is again determined whether the received electric field has decreased. Note that after turning off the receiver output in step 102, the process returns to step 101 again, and if no decrease in the received electric field is detected here, the receiver is turned on again (step 103).

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In this way, in the conventional device, if the voice from the wireless telephone 2 does not come out to the wired telephone line 3 or continues for a long time, the person on the other end of the conversation cannot hear the state of the wireless telephone 8. I was worried because I didn't know what to do, and after that, both parties suddenly had a forcible disconnection, which could have been a problem with the phone being broken.

This prevents the person on the other end of the conversation from being silent for long periods of time. In addition, if a wireless telephone is configured to notify a drop in the received electric field by a signal tone, for example, even if the line is forcibly disconnected, the reason will be known, and the signal tone will alert the user to the problem. ! The telephone is moved to a location where the reception field is sufficient to continue the call.
