させるためにはスクリユー軸のまわりにシリンダ
壁を設ける必要があり、スクリユー翼とシリンダ
壁との間における材料の摩擦による発熱が起こる
ため、根本的な解決策とはならなかつた。

ける上記材料排出部側の端部に軸部が同排出部に
位置する状態で延設されるとともに、この軸部の

る混練ずみ材料を軸部外周から叩き落す排出翼が
軸部軸心と平行に突設されるとともに、スクレー
パがこの排出翼の先端回転軌跡に近接して設けら
れてなるものである。

出翼の先端回転軌跡に近接して設けることによ
り、混練ずみ材料を排出翼にて叩き落すととも
に、叩き落されずに軸外周面に付着した材料をス
クレーパにて剥ぎ落して排出するように構成した
から、材料を効率良く排出することができる。し
かも、流動抵抗や摩擦等の発熱原因が一切ないた
め、材料の温度上昇を招くおそれがない。このた
め、混練特性が安定するだけでなく、従来機では
困難とされていた、ゴム、熱硬化性樹脂等の温度
上昇によつて化学変化を起こす材料の連続混練が
可能となる。
