Structure of the prior art and its problems FIG. 5 shows a conventional hose fitting. This attachment device consists of a nipple 7 and a band 8, the nipple 7 having a projecting portion 7a projecting outward in its radial direction. Therefore, when the elastic hose 9 is pushed along the nipple 7 and the band 8 is placed over the hose 9 at the protruding part 7 a of the nipple 7 , the hose 9 will fit between the protruding part 7 a of the nipple 7 and the inside of the band 8 . The hose 9 is locked by the band 8 which is sandwiched between the circumferential surfaces, and the hose 9 can be attached to the nipple 7. However, in the case of this fitting, the hose 9 must not only be pushed along the nipple 7, but also the band 8 must be placed over the hose 9, which is a problem in that the operation is troublesome. Furthermore, unless the band 8 is placed over the hose 9, the hose 9 cannot be securely attached, resulting in a problem of low reliability.

Therefore, in this fitting, the sleeve 3
is placed around the cylindrical portion 1d of the nipple 1, and when the hose 4 is pushed along the nipple 1,
The hose 4 is guided by the expanded portion 3c of the sleeve 3, passes between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3, and is housed within the sleeve 3. The gap between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 is a, which is larger than the wall thickness b of the hose 4, and it is easy to push the hose 4 along the nipple 1 and accommodate it in the sleeve 3. It is. As shown in FIG. 1, when the hose 4 is pushed along the nipple 1, the nipple 1
The hose 4 is expanded by the tapered portion 1e, and this portion is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 3. Furthermore, the hose 4 is pressed against the edge portion 3a of the sleeve 3, and the edge portion 3a is pressed against the receiving surface 1a' of the nipple 1. This is the first mounting position of the sleeve 3.

After that, when you release your hand from the hose 4, the hose 4 is pushed back by the elasticity of the hose 4 and the action of the tapered part 1e, the hose 4 moves along the tapered part 1e, contracts to its original state, and becomes a sleeve. 3 also moves together with the hose 4. That is, in FIG. 1, the hose 4 rises along the tapered portion 1e,
The sleeve 3 rises toward the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1a, the gap between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 is reduced from a to a'. This is the second mounting position of the sleeve 3.

In addition, in order to remove the hose 4 from the nipple 1, move the sleeve 3 toward the base portion 1a of the nipple 1, press the edge portion 3a against the receiving surface 1a' of the base portion 1a, hold it, and remove the hose in this state. You only need to pull out 4. As long as the sleeve 3 does not move, the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1
The gap between the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 and the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 3 does not decrease and remains at a. Therefore, hose 4 is connected to nipple 1.
and can be pulled out from the sleeve 3.

Various modifications can be made to this invention. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the nipple 1 may be provided with a notch 1f, and the edge portion 3a of the sleeve 3 may be fitted into the notch 1f. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, the seal ring 6 may be accommodated in the cutout 1f'. In this case, it is natural that the widths of the notches 1f, 1f' must be selected to be sufficiently large so that the sleeve 3 can move in the axial direction.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, according to the present invention, the outer diameter Nd of the cylindrical portion 1d of the nipple 1 is selected to be approximately the same as the inner diameter Hd of the hose 4, and the inner diameter Sd of the sleeve 3 is selected to be approximately the same as the inner diameter Hd of the cylindrical portion 1d. It is slightly larger than the sum (Nd+2b) of the outer diameter Nd and twice the wall thickness b of the hose 4 (Nd+2b), and the sum (ND+2b) of the outer diameter ND of the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and twice the wall thickness b of the hose 4. ) is selected to be slightly smaller than Furthermore, sleeve 3
The axial length of the nipple 1 is selected to be slightly smaller than the axial distance between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the receiving surface 1a'. Therefore, when the sleeve 3 is placed around the cylindrical portion 1d of the nipple 1 and the hose 4 is pushed along the nipple 1, the hose 4 passes between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3. , housed within the sleeve 3. The gap between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 is larger than the wall thickness b of the hose 4, so that the hose 4 can be easily pushed along the nipple 1 and accommodated in the sleeve 3. When the hose 4 is pushed along the nipple 1, the tapered portion 1e of the nipple 1 expands the hose 4, and that portion is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3. Furthermore, the hose 4 is pressed against the edge portion 3a of the sleeve 3, and the edge portion 3a is pressed against the receiving surface 1a' of the nipple 1. This is the first mounting position of the sleeve 3. After that, when you release your hand from the hose 4, the hose 4 is pushed back by the elasticity of the hose 4 and the action of the tapered portion 1e, and the hose 4 moves along the tapered portion 1e and contracts to its original state.
The sleeve 3 also moves together with the hose 4. That is, in FIG. 1, the hose 4 has a tapered portion 1e.
The sleeve 3 rises toward the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1a, the gap between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 is
decreases to a′. This is the second mounting position of the sleeve 3. As a result, the hose 4 is sandwiched between the protruding portion 1b of the nipple 1 and the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 3, and the hose 4 is locked by the self-locking action, so that the hose 4 is not detached from the nipple 1. Therefore, simply by pushing the hose 4 along the nipple 1, the hose 4 can be firmly attached, and the intended purpose can be achieved.
