Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は洗面台や溶槽等における水槽と天板と
の連結構造に関し、水槽１の上部に合板２ａの上
面に化粧板２ｂを貼合して形成した天板２を配設
し、水槽１の上部外面に一端部を固着した取付板
３を天板２の下面に当接して天板２の下面に固着
し、合板２ａの端部をその上面側を除いて切欠し
て側方及び下方へ開口する樹脂充填用凹所８を設
けると共に上記化粧板２ｂの端縁を樹脂充填用凹
所８の上端縁に臨ませ、水槽１の上端に外側方へ
延出して形成した鍔部５の全体を樹脂充填用凹所
８にその側方の開口から挿入し、樹脂充填用凹所
８に樹脂を充填して樹脂充填部４を形成すると共
に鍔部５全体を樹脂充填部４に埋入して成ること
を特徴とする水槽と天板との連結構造に係るもの

ているので連結強度が弱く、また天板２の端面か
ら水が浸入する虞れがあつて天板２を合成樹脂材
にてしか形成できないという欠点があり、しかも
コーキング材６を介在してあると云えども連結部

口をカバーして腐食を防止できる水槽と天板との

また取付板３は断面略逆Ｌ字状に形成され、一端
部を水槽１の外面に接着等にて固着してある。し
かして水槽１と天板２とを連結するに当つては、
第２図に示すように水槽１の上部に天板２を配置
し、取付板３の他端部を天板２の下面に当接して
木ねじ７にて固着し、樹脂充填用凹所８に樹脂を
充填して樹脂充填部４を形成し、樹脂充填部４に
鍔部５全体を埋入する。かかる樹脂は常温硬化性

ようにしたので、天板と水槽とは取付板による連
結と天板を端部において天板の一部をなす樹脂充
填部への鍔部の埋入による連結とで連結すること
ができると共に鍔部は全体が樹脂充填部に埋入さ
れて連結が強固となつて、天板と水槽との連結強
度を高めることができるものであり、しかも水槽
の端部の鍔部は樹脂充填部に埋入されて連結部の
防水を高めることができるものである。また合板
の上面に化粧板を貼合して形成した天板端部をそ
の合板の上面側を除いて切欠して側方及び下方へ
開口する樹脂充填用凹所を設けると共に化粧板の
端縁を樹脂充填用凹所の上端縁に臨ませ、この樹
脂充填用凹所に樹脂を充填して樹脂充填部を形成
するようにしたので、天板の端面は樹脂充填用凹
所に充填される樹脂と化粧板とで覆われることに
なつて、合板で形成される天板に端面から水がし
み込んで腐食が発生するようなことを防止するこ
とができるものであり、しかも樹脂充填用凹所に
充填される際に樹脂の一部が合板で形成される天
板内にしみ込んで樹脂充填用凹所内での樹脂充填
部の固定強度を高めることができ、この点でも天
板と水槽との連結強度を高めることができるもの
である。さらに水槽の鍔部は上記のように全体が
樹脂充填部に埋入されて露出しないために天板と
水槽との一体感が出ることになり、しかも合板の
端部をその上面側を除いて切欠して形成した樹脂
充填用凹所内の樹脂充填部は天板の上側から見え
にくく、外観を高めたものに仕上げることができ

充填して樹脂充填部を形成すると共に鍔部全体を
樹脂充填部に埋入して成ることを特徴とする水槽
と天板との連結構造。1.
