[実施例]
以下、本発明コンクリート円柱体の製造工程を説明する

モルタルを中子金型4上に半球体となるように充填する
。 そして、振動機(図示せず)を作動してテーブル1
を振動させ、充填したモルタル中より気泡を抜く。 こ
の金型全体をテーブル1より外し、次に第3図のように
回転テーブル5上へ固定すると共に、外型4中夫に水抜
き用バイブロを配置する。 しかる後、外型4内面と水
抜き用バイブロとの間の空間部に前記の混練モルタルを
充填する。 次に、回転テーブル5を100〜200R
PM程度で回転させ乍ら混練モルタルを硬化させる。
テーブル5の回転によりモルタル中の不要な水がモルタ
ル中に含まれていた気泡と共にバイブロの孔6Aを通っ

ず、両端が切断されたような円柱体を作るようにしても

された外型を立てたまま回転させているが、モルタル充
填後に外型を横に倒して水平状態で回転させながら硬化
