Conventionally, the methods of tying fishing hooks and line are by using a tying device or by hand-tying, but these methods are difficult to operate and there is a lot of loss due to cutting off the line, especially when tying by hand. The reality is that threads get tangled when winding threads. In addition, the tying method known as the irregular quick tying method is easy to operate, but in the process of winding the thread, it may cause slippage of the end threads or tangles, resulting in impossible tying or poor tying. It is shunned by many anglers.

In order to eliminate various technical and operational drawbacks,
The inventor of this invention is Utility Model Registration Application No. 117277 of 1981,
No. 127652 proposed a fishing hook binder, and since then research has been carried out to commercialize it. However, in the proposed binder, the thread and needle are inserted into the same groove to bind them. Therefore, in the process of wrapping the pin, needle, and end thread together and then pulling the end thread to pull out the thread from the binder, the pulled out thread is caught between the pin and needle. It was subsequently discovered that the binding thread had a defect that caused scars.
When the thread passes through the side of the needle and comes out, no scars occur, but when it comes out through the back of the needle,
This is because the yarn is always damaged by the applied pressure when it is pinched by the pin. In other words, you have to be careful about pinching the threads when tying them.

The present invention was devised to eliminate these defects, and its purpose is to provide a complete tying device that does not cause damage to the tying threads by easily and clearly separating the tying operations. It's about doing.

The details of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are diagrams for explaining the binding method according to the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a rectangular elastic plate, and the upper end of the elastic plate 1 is divided into three parts, thereby forming three elastic plates and two outer grooves 2, 2'. The outer groove 2 is a groove for inserting a fishhook, and a pin 3 is attached to the lower part thereof protrudingly. The outer groove 2' is a groove for inserting a line. Among the three elastic plates, the partitioning elastic plate 4 in the center is preferably divided into as thin a plate as possible.

The lower end side of the elastic plate 1 is divided into two parts.
Two elastic plates and a dividing groove 5 are formed. This dividing groove 5 is a groove for pulling out the thread from the spool 6 while pinching it.

As the material of the elastic plate, known materials such as highly elastic soft plastics and rubber can be used. Further, the dividing groove 5 portion on the lower end side of the elastic plate is formed in a close-contact manner so that the thread can be sandwiched therebetween.

Next, I will explain how to use the binding device of this invention.
Insert and set the fishhook 7 so that it touches the pin 3 of the outer groove 2, and then take the thread pulled out from the spool 6 through the clamping of the split 5 and make a thread loop as shown in Fig. 3 and insert the end thread 8. Insert it into the outer groove 2' so that it is aligned with the pin 3.

Next, take the line 9 and wrap it around the pin 3, the fishhook 7, and the end line 8 as shown in FIG. 4, so that the end line 8 falls into the recess at the point of contact between the pin 3 and the fishhook 7. The thread is wrapped around the thread to prevent it from getting tangled.

After wrapping the thread several times, insert the thread 9 into the outer groove 2' and pull the end thread 8 in the direction of the arrow. The thread pulled out from the outer groove 2' is pulled out without contacting the fishhook 7 and pin 3 and is wrapped. The bond ends.

Next, pull the thread 8, pull out the fishhook 7 from the pin 3, pull the original thread and end thread 8 together, and tighten them to complete the binding. If you cut off the fishhook and the original thread, the binding will be completed one after another without any thread loss. I can do things.

In the above explanation, an example of a binding device composed of one elastic plate was explained, but it is also possible to sandwich one short thin elastic plate between two elastic plates only on the upper end side from the vicinity of the center part. In this state, either the central part is glued together, or the protruding legs are provided on one outer elastic plate and the fitting holes are provided on the other outer elastic plate to secure them together, or they are held together using elastic clips, etc. Even if you find three pieces and stick them together, you can make a binding device with the same function.

又、ピンはL型あるいはT型ピン等を使つて引

Further, the pin may be an L-shaped or T-shaped pin, etc., which can be pulled out, inserted, or pushed up and pushed down so that it can be stored and concealed in a binding device when not in use.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it can be easily, clearly and securely tied without causing any miscalculations during the tying operation, and it completely prevents yarn damage during tying and prevents thread slippage.
It can eliminate thread tangles and eliminate thread cut-off losses.
