Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent defective operation of servo mechanism caused by iron content in oil by screwing a casing with a filter into a pressure equalization hole such as a hydraulic servo valve or the like. CONSTITUTION:A pressure equalization hole 7 of a cover 1 is threaded. A filter casing 9 is of column shape and is provided with a protruding section intermeshing with the thread of the pressure equalization hole 7 on the right end surface. A recessed section of coaxial column shape is provided on the left end, while a through-hole is bored along a shaft of a screw section and a 3mu sintering filter 8 is inserted and fixed coaxially on the recessed section. Said filter casing 9 is screwed and mounted on a cover 1 through an O-ring 10 by striking a screw driver along a slit. As high pressure oil comes in and out passing through the 3mu sintering filter 8, refuse iron content in the oil is prevented from entering and sticking or the like of the valve.

ット開放の都度新油と交換する)。
