[Prior Art] Conventionally, the end treatment for joining a skin material to a bottom plate involves covering a cushion material 22 placed on a bottom plate 20 with a skin material 21, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, and , the end portion of the skin material 21 is pulled, and the end portion is stapled 23 to the bottom plate 20 using a tacker (not shown) or the like.
etc., and processed it. At this time, in the conventional sheet, when the bottom plate 20 and the skin material 21 were joined together, slack was formed at the end of the skin material 21, resulting in a poor appearance and a loss of marketability. Particularly in the corner portions, many wrinkles were formed in the skin material 21, causing serious problems in terms of appearance, shape, marketability, etc.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] As described above, in the conventional sheet, wrinkles, sagging, etc. occur when the skin material and the bottom plate are bonded with a tacker or the like, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, the positions and intervals for stapling were mostly determined based on the experience of experts. Furthermore, if the skin material is joined by a tacker inside the bottom plate, there is also the problem that if a fuel tank or a side cover is provided, the tacker and the side cover will interfere with each other.

This invention prevents wrinkles and sagging when joining the bottom plate and the outer skin during sheet production, and fixes the stapling positions and intervals, which were conventionally based on the experience of skilled workers, to fixed positions and intervals. To provide a vehicle seat with good workability and good appearance and marketability, which can be controlled by the fuel tank, side cover, etc., and which prevents the staples that join the skin materials from interfering with the fuel tank or side cover.

[Means for Solving the Problem] In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, the present invention provides a sheet in which a cushion material is placed on a bottom plate and covered with a skin material, the end portion of the skin material being covered with a cushion material. A rib with undulations is formed on the inside of the bottom plate to be joined, and the ends of the skin material are joined by staples at the concave position of the rib.
Further, it is preferable that the ribs are formed at regular intervals. Furthermore, it is preferable that the ribs be formed with larger undulations at the corner portions than at other portions.

In this invention, "rib" refers to a concave part,
A general term for things with undulations including convex portions, wavy cross-sectional shapes, T-shaped cross-sectional shapes, and other shapes.

[Function] In the present invention, undulating ribs are formed on the inside of the bottom plate that joins the ends of the skin material, so that wrinkles and slack at the ends of the skin material can be absorbed by these ribs. Also, by providing the ribs, the rigidity and strength of the bottom plate itself is increased.

Since the ends of the skin material are joined by staples at the recessed portions of the ribs of the bottom plate, the staples are located within the recessed portions, and the staples do not interfere with the fuel tank or side cover.

Furthermore, if the ribs are formed at regular intervals, the positions and intervals for driving staples etc. can be made constant during terminal processing. Therefore, even when assembling sheets, it is possible to join the sheets at regular intervals even if the sheets are not as skilled as in the past, making assembly easier and making products more uniform. Furthermore, if the ribs are more undulating at the corners than at other parts, wrinkles and slack can be better absorbed.

In the figure, 1 is a bottom plate, 2 is a skin material, and 3 is a cushion material. The vehicle seat S has a cushion material 3 placed on a bottom plate 1,
It is constructed by being covered with a skin material 2. The bottom plate 1 of this example has convex ribs 6, 6, . . . and concave ribs 5, 5 alternately provided at predetermined intervals on the entire inside of the bottom plate 1 as undulations.
In this example, the corner portion K has more ribs 5, 6 than other portions, and the ribs 5, 6 are provided with deeper unevenness. Providing a large number of deep ribs at the corner portions in this manner is more effective in absorbing wrinkles and slack.

Also, ribs 5 and 6 are provided on the entire inside of the bottom plate 1.
, the strength and rigidity of the bottom plate 1 as a whole increases. The bottom plate 1 of this example is made of hard synthetic resin, and ribs 5 and 6 are integrally formed in the shape shown in FIG. 1C.
However, when forming the ribs 5 and 6, even if they are not formed integrally with the bottom plate 1 as in this example, unevenness and other shaped members that play the role of ribs can be formed later on the inside of the bottom plate (where the cushion material is placed). Of course, the material of the bottom plate is not limited to synthetic resin, but may also be made of steel or other materials. Needless to say, it is also possible to use the same parts.

In this example, the bottom plate 1 and the end portion of the skin material 2 are joined using staples 4. At this time, the excess portion of the end portion of the skin material 2 is absorbed by the concave or convex ribs 5 and 6 of the bottom plate 1, so that wrinkles, slack, etc. do not occur.
The bottom plate 1 and the skin material 2 can be joined neatly. Since concave ribs 5 are provided at predetermined intervals on the bottom plate 1, by driving the staples 4 in accordance with the predetermined intervals of the ribs 5, joining can always be performed at a constant portion.

In addition, in this example, although the skin material of one piece was demonstrated as an example, it is not limited to this and it goes without saying that the skin member may have a wadding material.

The shape of the ribs does not need to be uneven as in this example, and may be wavy, T-shaped in cross section, or any other shape as long as it can absorb wrinkles and slack at the end of the skin material.

[Effects of the invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects. In other words, since the bottom plate is provided with ribs, wrinkles and
This rib can absorb the slack. Therefore, wrinkles, slack, etc. do not occur in the sheet, and the appearance is good and the marketability is improved. Furthermore, since the ends of the skin material are joined by staples at the recessed portions of the ribs of the bottom plate, the staples are located within the recessed portions, and the staples do not interfere with the fuel tank or side cover. Furthermore, by providing ribs at predetermined intervals, it is possible to keep the position and spacing of staples etc. constant during terminal processing, and it is now possible to join at fixed intervals, unlike the conventional terminal processing that was done by skilled workers. Therefore, assembly can be easily performed without requiring skilled workers, and products can be made uniform.
