Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively remove the offensive odor in a combustion exhaust gas to occur when the cooking of a roast meat, etc., is executed by a roaster by using an offensive odor removing agent with a sulfite, dithionite or thiosulfate as an effective component. CONSTITUTION:The sulfite, dithionite or thiosulfate used is not especially limited, and each may be used solely or two types of above may be used together. After the above-mentioned deodorant is fitted to a container 10, for a commercial smokeless roaster 1 provided in the sealed room, beaf is placed on a roasting bar 2 and this is burnt with a gas burner 3. At this time, the combustion exhaust gas is discharged from a roasting bar part through an electric dust collecting machine 4 and a sirocco fan diffuser 6 from exhaust ports 7 and 8 by a sirocco fan 5. Thus, compared with the conventional technics, the offensive odor in the combustion exhaust gas to occur when the cooking of the roast meat, etc., is executed by a roaster can be decreased.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a deodorizer that has excellent ability to remove odors from combustion exhaust gas produced when cooking grilled meat, etc. in a roaster.〇 (Prior art) Conventionally, the combustion exhaust gas that is generated when cooking yakiniku (grilled meat, etc.) in a roaster, including smoke, oil particles, and malodorous components, is exhausted outdoors without any treatment, either directly with a ventilation fan or through a duct. However, recently, combustion exhaust gas is once sucked into the roaster, oil particles in the exhaust gas are removed by an electrostatic precipitator, and then the exhaust gas is exhausted outdoors. Also, JP-A-62-101
As described in No. 218, it has been proposed to remove oil particles in exhaust gas using an electrostatic precipitator and then treat the exhaust gas with an oxidation catalyst or the like to remove odor and incompletely combusted gas components.

Effective ventilation is difficult due to the capacity of ventilation fans and the regulation of indoor temperature, and the duct system requires a large amount of money for piping equipment and has problems such as limited space for installing the roaster. Furthermore, although the so-called non-duct method using an electrostatic precipitator removes smoke particles, it does not completely remove other components present in the combustion exhaust gas, so when cooking for a long time, the odor gradually increases. There is a disadvantage that the accumulation causes discomfort to those in the room, and in particular, the aldehyde odor component in the exhaust gas causes eye pain. Furthermore, the above-mentioned treatment with an oxidation catalyst is not sufficient in terms of odor removal, and improvements are desired. It was discovered that sulfites, dithionites, or thiosulfates are effective in solving the problem, and based on this knowledge, the present invention was completed.

The form of use of the deodorant of the present invention is not particularly limited, and it can be used in the form of powder, granules, or aqueous solution. Furthermore, it is also possible to use the deodorant in a state in which it is contained in various base materials such as zeolite, activated carbon, paper, cloth, urethane foam, etc. by methods such as impregnation or support. 1 Method of using the deodorant of the present invention There are no particular limitations on the deodorizing agent of the present invention, either by filling it in a column or supporting it on a filter by an appropriate method, and passing the odor-containing combustion exhaust gas through the column or filter.1. Examples include a method in which a liquid containing the deodorizing agent of the present invention is placed in a pan having a large surface and left in an atmosphere of an odor-containing combustion exhaust gas. However, it is not limited to these.

Therefore, in the so-called non-duct system, the use of the deodorizer of the present invention eliminates the discomfort and eye pain caused by untreated odors, and together with the removal of oil particles from exhaust gas by an electric precipitator, it improves the indoor atmosphere. The cleaning effect is improved, and the duct method can reduce the odor coming from the exhaust port. Also, even when using the direct exhaust method using a ventilation fan, by appropriately using the deodorizer of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the odor coming from the exhaust port. After attaching various deodorizers made by Shida to a commercially available smokeless roaster 1 (the cross-sectional outline is shown in Figure 1) installed in a closed room, 1Kf of beef was placed on Rosdol 2 and roasted on gas burner 3. . At this time, the combustion exhaust gas is discharged from the upper part of the rotor by the sirocco fan 5 through the electrostatic precipitator 4, the sirocco fan outlet 6, and from the exhaust lower and 8, as indicated by the symbol φ in the figure. In the deodorization test, the acrolein concentration at the sirocco fan outlet 6 and the exhaust port 8 was measured using a north-side gas detection tube 50 minutes after the beef began to be grilled, and at the same time, the indoor situation was observed. Experiments 1-6,
In 9.10, the container 10 containing the various deodorants shown in Table IK and having an upper opening area of 501 cm (length) x 80 cm (width) is placed in the above-mentioned roaster.
In Experiment No. 8, a platinum-supported Nicum filter (10×10×5 wet) was attached directly to the outlet.
