[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a louver board with a decorative sheet applied to the surface. Louver boards (or armor boards) are widely used for the purpose of enhancing the design effects of furniture, fittings, and housing equipment. has been done. As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional method of making this louver board is to cut one main surface of a relatively thick plate-like base material 1 as shown by the broken line 2 to form a louver-like structure, and then cut a second As shown in the figure, a decorative sheet 3 was pasted on the cut surface. However, this conventional method requires a fairly thick board as a raw material, which increases the material cost, and it also has problems in terms of workability, such as the difficulty of satisfactorily adhering the decorative sheet to the grooves. It was hot.

That is, the present invention includes a step of cutting only the substrate into a U-groove shape at a constant distance from the other main surface of the decorative board with a decorative sheet pasted on one main surface of the substrate, and cutting the substrate into a U-groove shape through the U-groove cut portion. A louver board comprising the steps of: forming a louver-like structure by overlapping the substrates and decorative sheets of the cut portions with each other, and bonding the louver-like structure to a backing plate. A manufacturing method is provided.

Furthermore, at the same time in this U groove cutting process,
V grooves are cut in parallel in the vicinity of the U groove, and then the V grooves are cut at the same time in the process of forming the louver-like structure.
The grooved surfaces may be joined to each other.

In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a decorative board base material, which is made of wood, foamed plastic, etc., and is made of flexible decorative paper 12 (for example, thermoplastic paper such as polyvinyl chloride sheet) with an arbitrary pattern on one main surface. plastic sheet) is attached. U-grooves 13 are formed by cutting from the other main surface of the decorative laminate base material 11 at arbitrary regular intervals with a width indicated by broken lines (preferably a width 1 mm or more larger than the thickness of the base material 11). In this case, cutting is performed in such a way that at least the decorative paper 12 is not cut.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, one end of the base material 11 of this cutting part is shifted so that one end of the other base material overlaps each other slightly (for example, 1 to 2 mm or more) via this U groove 13. The decorative papers 12 in the same portion also overlap each other, forming a louver-like structure. Finally, the back side of this louver-like structure is adhered and fixed to a suitable backing material 14 to complete the louver board. Note that a void 15 is formed between the louver-like structure of the louver board obtained in this way and the backing material 14;
A foam or other filler may be enclosed in this portion to reinforce the louver-like structure.

5 and 6 show a modification of the present invention, in which U grooves 16 and V grooves 1 are cut as shown by broken lines on the back surface of the decorative board base material 11 (the side to which the decorative paper 12 is not attached).

As shown in the figure, the wall surfaces of the V-grooves 17 are joined together, and at the same time the block 18 between these grooves 16 and 17 is placed on one end of the cut portion of the base material 11 to obtain a stacked louver-like structure. Finally, as in the previous embodiment, the back side of this louver-like structure is covered with a lining material 14.
to manufacture louver board. According to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, even if a relatively thin base material 11 is used, a louver board with a remarkable three-dimensional effect can be manufactured by changing the way the U-grooves and V-grooves are cut.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the decorative sheet is pasted on a flat base material in advance, and it is only necessary to bend it later when forming the louver.
It is possible to avoid the difficulty of pasting a decorative sheet along an uneven surface as in the past. Furthermore, according to the present invention, a louver board with a large three-dimensional effect can be made without the need for a thick base material as in the past, so material costs can be reduced and materials can be saved, resulting in improved cost and workability. It has a remarkable effect.
