本考案は加工材料の連続送出装置、詳しくは、
略ドーナツ状に巻回された長尺の加工材料を、タ
ーンテーブルの回転によつて巻きほどこしながら
プレス機械等に連続的に送り出す加工材料の連続

のものが提供されている。しかしながら、かかる
従来の加工材料の送出装置においては、モータに
よるターンテーブルが間歇的に回転する毎に、プ
レス機械等の必要量以上の加工材料が巻きほどこ
されてしまい、巻回されている加工材料に弛みが
生じ、また、ターンテーブル上に残存する加工材
料が少なくなつたときは、それが移動するという

回転によりプレス機械3等に送り出すものであ
る。加工材料1は長尺の帯状で、略ドーナツ状に
巻回したものを例示してある。図示していない
が、例えば、断面円形を呈する線状で、芯体に巻
回した加工材料であつてもよい。また、ターンテ
ーブル2は、その下面の中心部を中心としてモー
タ4の回転輪5と2個のローラ(図示せず)とを
配置し、3点で支持、回転するようになつている
と、ターンテーブル2と回転輪とが確実に接触す
るようになり、モータ4及び回転輪5によりター
ンテーブル2が正確に回転するようになるので好
ましい。上記加工材料1を揺動する案内腕6に掛
架してそれをプレス機械3に導く。この案内腕6
は折曲可能になつており、重垂7を附設したもの
を例示してある。また、案内腕6は、支柱8の上
端部に固設した支持杆テーブル9に軸承してある
軸10の先端部に取り付けられ、軸10を支点と
して揺動するようになつており、この案内腕6の
揺動により軸10を回転する。制御装置11は速
度設定ボリユーム12を備えており、上記軸10
と連継してあつて、軸10の回転状態を制御装置
11に伝える。また、制御装置11はモータ4の
始動停止の押ボタンスイツチをも備えている。こ
の制御装置11を支柱8の下方部に設置し、速度
設定ボリユーム12の回転軸に固設したスプロケ
ツト13と、軸10の基端部に固設したスプロケ
ツト14とにチエン15を掛架して、軸10の回
転状態を速度設定ボリユーム12に伝えるように
したものを例示してある。このような制御装置1
1と前記モータ4とを接続し、制御装置11を通
してモータ4を制御すると共に、このモータ4に
よつて前記ターンテーブル2を回転させるように

該モータ4、回転輪5の回転によつてターンテー
ブル2も回転し、巻回された加工材料1が巻き戻
されながら、プレス機械3に送り出される。当初
は加工材料1の残存量が多く、即ち、加工材料1
の径が大であるから、ターンテーブル2の回転が
遅くてもプレス機械3の必要量に応じられる。プ
レス機械3は加工材料1を一定の速度で牽引する
ように設定されているから、加工材料1の径が小
さくなるに従つて案内腕6の下端部分をCの方向
に漸次引張る作用が生ずる。この作用により案内
腕7の下端部分をCの方向に揺動すると、その基
端部を固定した軸10が回転し、その回転をスプ
ロケツト13,14、チエン15によつて速度設
定ボリユーム12に伝えられ、速度設定ボリユー
ム10が次第に高くなる。これに従いモータ4及
びターンテーブル2の回転も次第に早くなる。ま
た、新しい加工材料1を追加する等の際は、案内
腕6への掛架を解除する。そうすると、重垂7に
より案内腕6がAの位置に戻ると同時に、軸1
