CONSTITUTION:alpha-L-Aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester is blended with an organic acid consisting of one or more kind of citric acid, fumaric acid and ascorbic acid and used at amount of 30-3,000wt.%, preferably 10-1,000wt.% based on the above-mentioned ester and a diluting agent and the blend is formed into a tablet type to provide the tablet type refreshing SWEETS.
