Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an outside heat insulating structural body having the superior heat insulating performance and durability by attaching a heat insulating member which is formed by projectingly installing a core member onto a heat insulating member body, onto a wall surface in a frame body and forming a ground layer by embedding the core member into the heat insulating member. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating member 7 having a core member 6 projecting at least on one surface side of a heat insulating body 5 made of organic group heat insulating material is attached through an adhesive 4 onto a wall surface 1 in a frame body 2 installed onto the upper surface of the wall surface 1. A ground layer 8 is formed by coating one surface side of the heat insulating member 7 with an inorganic group coating material so that the core member 6 projecting from the heat insulating body 5 is embedded. Therefore, the exfoliation and slip-off of the heat insulating member 7 and the ground layer 8 are prevented, and an outside heat insulation structure body which possesses the superior heat insulating performance and durability can be obtained.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in such a construction method, the insulation material is joined to the wall surface by driving anchor bolts, so the joining between the two is not perfect (therefore, the insulation material is attached to the wall surface). Another problem has arisen in that there is a risk of the film peeling off or falling off.

(Function) That is, the heat insulating material 7 is bonded to the wall surface l via the adhesive 4, and in order to embed the core material 6 protruding on one side of the heat insulating material 7, an inorganic coating is applied to the negative side of the heat insulating material 7. Since the base layer 8 is formed integrally with the coated material, there is no possibility of peeling or falling off between the heat insulating material 7 and the base layer 8, and there is no chance of peeling or falling off of the heat insulating material 7 or base layer 8 from the wall surface l. There is no chance of it falling off.

(b) That is, the heat insulating material is bonded to the top surface of the wall via adhesive, and the top surface of the heat insulating material is coated with an inorganic coating material in order to bury the core material that protrudes on the top surface of the heat insulating material. Since the base layer is formed and constructed as one piece, it prevents the insulation from peeling off or falling off the wall, and
By embedding the core material, the base layer is prevented from peeling off or falling off from the insulation material, and therefore each component does not peel or fall off from each other, which has previously been a problem with external insulation construction methods for walls. This has resulted in a particularly remarkable effect in that peeling and falling off of structures such as these can be almost completely prevented.

(b) Also, since each component is integrated by adhering heat insulating material and painting with an inorganic coating material without using a joint member, there are no gaps between these components, and the follower ζ No condensation occurs inside the external heat insulating structure due to the penetration of water or moisture, and as a result, the heat insulating effect, water resistance, and durability are significantly improved compared to conventional structures.

(C) Furthermore, in the construction method of the present invention, first, after the frame is installed, a heat insulating material or an inorganic coating material is applied to the limited wall space within the frame. Therefore, the construction work itself can be carried out very efficiently,

[Scope of Claims] 1. Consisting of a frame 2 attached to the upper surface of a wall 1 and a heat insulating body 5 made of an organic heat insulating material with a core material 6 protruding from at least one side thereof, and the heat insulating material A heat insulating material 7 bonded to the upper surface of the wall surface 1 in the frame body 2 via an adhesive 4 so that the core material 6 on one surface side of the body 5 faces upward; and a core protruding from the one surface side of the heat insulating material body 5. It is characterized by being integrally formed with a base layer 8 formed on one side of the insulation material 7 by coating one side of the insulation material 7 with an inorganic coating material in order to bury the insulation material 6. External insulation structure for walls. 2. Attach the frame 2 to the upper surface of the wall surface 1, apply adhesive 4 to the upper surface of the wall surface 1 inside the frame body 2, and then apply adhesive 4 to at least one side of the heat insulating material body 5 made of an organic heat insulating material. A heat insulating material 7 configured with a protruding core material 6 is bonded to the upper surface of the wall surface 1 in the frame body 2 via the adhesive 4 so that the core material 6 on one side of the heat insulating material body 5 faces upward. Then, in order to bury the core material 6 protruding from one side of the insulation body 5, an inorganic coating material is applied to one side of the insulation material 7, and a base layer 8 is formed on one side of the insulation material 7. An external insulation construction method for a wall surface, which is characterized by integrally forming and constructing a wall.
