Conventionally, electrolyte was injected into a storage battery tank by detecting the level of the electrolyte by looking through a liquid level indicator installed below the fill port on the lid of the battery tank. . Therefore, in a collective storage battery consisting of multiple cells, it is extremely complicated to remove the liquid port plug for each cell, inject liquid, and check the specified liquid level. Was. To this end, we have recently begun connecting the liquid filling valves of each cell with connecting pipes laid in the direction of the cell array, and automatically supplying liquid from the liquid storage tank connected to one end of the connecting pipe to each cell tank. A so-called simultaneous bulk injection device that injects liquid simultaneously is employed. In such a liquid injection device, it is necessary to detect whether or not it is necessary to inject electrolyte into the battery container, or to know whether the required amount of liquid is being poured satisfactorily into each battery container. It is also necessary to check the electrolyte level in the battery. However, even with the above-mentioned liquid injection device, there is a drawback that the level of the electrolyte in the battery container cannot be easily observed and confirmed.

Next, the operation of the liquid injection device having the above configuration will be explained. First, visually check the height position of the liquid level indicator 14 in the liquid level indicator chamber 5, and as shown in FIG. When you sense that your body is in a state where you need fluid replacement,
By opening a pot provided between a liquid storage tank (not shown) and the liquid supply pipe 6, the liquid sent from the liquid storage tank through the liquid supply pipe 6 flows through the liquid replacement pipe 7 and enters the liquid replacement chamber 4. Fill it up. On the other hand, the buoy 13 floating on the surface of the electrolytic solution 2 is at a low position because the liquid level is low, and the liquid level indicator 12 is downward. Therefore, the valve control rod 16, which loosely engages with the liquid level indicator rod 12 at the engaging portion 16a, rotates clockwise in the drawing until a portion of the engaging portion 16a contacts the stopper 15, and the valve body 10 is pulled down, and the liquid injection gate 9 is open. Therefore, the liquid filling the liquid replacement chamber 4 flows down through the liquid injection chamber 11 through the liquid injection gate 9 and onto the liquid surface of the electrolytic solution 2. As the liquid level of the electrolytic solution 2 gradually rises due to this injection and approaches the upper limit specified liquid level B shown in FIG. 2, the liquid level indicator 12 also rises as the buoy 13 rises. The rise of the liquid level indicator 14 at the upper end can be clearly seen from above the liquid level indicator chamber 5. As the liquid injection continues and the liquid level of electrolytic solution 2 reaches the upper limit specified liquid level B,
As shown in FIG. 2, the stopper 15 is connected to the valve control rod 1.
Push up the tip of No.6. As a result, the valve body 10 is pushed up, the liquid injection gate 9 is closed, and the injection of liquid into the battery container 1 is automatically stopped. At this time, it can be easily confirmed from the top surface of the liquid filler that the liquid level indicator 14 in the liquid level indicator chamber 5 is located at a predetermined height corresponding to the upper limit specified liquid level, and by this visual confirmation, the inside of the battery container 1 can be easily confirmed. The electrolyte level can be easily detected.

Therefore, according to the liquid injection device of the present invention, by visually checking the height position of the liquid level indicator in the liquid level indicator chamber that can be easily seen from the top surface of the liquid injection stopper, the electrolyte in the battery container can be measured. The face position can be detected very easily. Furthermore, according to the present invention, not only can the electrolyte be automatically injected so that the electrolyte level in the battery container reaches a predetermined level in response to a drop in the level of the electrolyte in the container, but also Stopping is accomplished by rotating the valve control rod and moving the valve body up and down in response to the vertical movement of the liquid level indicator rod connected to the buoy, which opens and closes the liquid injection gate of the liquid injection tap. This has the advantage that the liquid injection can be stopped reliably. Therefore, the liquid injection device of the present invention can be applied to each cell to easily check the liquid level of each cell even when liquid is injected into a large number of cells constituting a collective storage battery at once. In addition, the required liquid injection can be performed easily.
