Abstract

PURPOSE:To make lifting of a water supply tank unnecessary, and perform accurate water supply by providing a constant-discharge-pressure device in the midst of a water supply tube which introduces water from the water supply tank to a general water supply system which supplies water to a plural number of storage batteries. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of storage batteries 1 provided with a general water supply device 2, and a water suply tank 3 are connected with a water supply tube 4 which is provided with a pump 5 in its midst. Here, the pump 5 is provided with a constant-discharge-pressure device 9 consisting of a head pressure pipe 6 which has an opened upper end, and a feed back pipe 7 which branches from the pipe 6 and is connected to the sucking side of the pump 5. As a result, there is no need to lift the water supply tank 3, and any water- supply error, which might be caused by the change of discharge pressure caused due to the change of the liquid level of the tank 3, is prevented. In addition, water supply can be automated by installing a liquid-level detector 10 in a battery which is most distant from the water supply side, and stopping operation of the pump 5 according to the signal of the detector 10.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION By replenishing water using a pump equipped with a constant discharge pressure device, the present invention eliminates the labor of lifting a replenishment tank and the equipment installed at a high position, which were conventionally required. This prevents erroneous water replenishment due to changes in discharge pressure caused by changes in the liquid level in the refill tank, and also accurately stops the water supply to the refill pipe, allowing the bulk refill system to supply refill liquid into the storage battery. The object of the present invention is to provide a bulk water replenishment system for storage batteries that minimizes leakage and automatically completes work.

3 is a water replenishment tank, 4 is a water replenishment pipe, and 5 is a pump placed in the middle of the water replenishment pipe 4. The pump 5 includes a head pressure vibro extending upward from the discharge side and having an open upper end, and a head pressure vibro branching from a desired water head pressure position midway through the head pressure vibro and connected to the suction side of the pump 5. A constant discharge pressure device 8 consisting of a feedback pipe 7 is provided.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, there is no need to lift up the refilling tank, and water can be refilled accurately without being affected by changes in the liquid level in the refilling tank, and furthermore, the storage battery can be filled with water at an appropriate level. It is possible to automatically detect that water is being refilled and end the water replenishment.

以上1本発明の一実施例について詳述したが。One embodiment of the present invention has been described above in detail.

Various embodiments of the present invention are possible without departing from the spirit thereof. For example, a valve may be placed in the middle of the water supply pipe, and the valve may be closed off by a signal indicating that the liquid level is appropriate from a liquid level detection device placed on the storage battery that is piped furthest to the water supply side. It is possible. Further, as for the constant discharge pressure device, devices other than the above-mentioned embodiments may be adopted. Furthermore, if it is equipped with a valve, tie the valve! One method is to close it by attaching a - to ensure that water replenishment stops.

以上1本発明はその工業的価値の極めて高いものである
As mentioned above, the present invention has extremely high industrial value.
