Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the supply of button to a button-fixing position in a proper posture, by transferring a button to the button-fixing position through a guide groove having a shape to force the button to take the proper posture. CONSTITUTION:A button is supplied from a hopper through a grooved track 4 to a guide 2 attached perpendicular to the grooved track 4, pushed with a pusher 6 sliding in the guide groove in the guide 2 and transferred to a receiving member 8 of a button-putting apparatus. The shape of the guide groove in the guide 2 is made to force the button to take a posture suitable for putting the button by the receiving member 8 in the course of pushing the button with the pusher 6 and transferring the button from the outlet of the track 4 to the receiving member 8.

記ホッパの送出口に接続されたトラック4を介して釦部
材を前記ガイド溝2に供給する様になっている。本発明
の装置におけるガイド溝2は、やはり従来装置と同様に
前記トラック4に対して直角に設けられ、その内部をプ
ッシャ部材6が摺動する様になっているが、その断面形
状は前記トラック4を結合する位置から第2図で見て左
側端部、即ち釦取付は位置に位置決めされ、金型8を支
持し又、該金型8の上面に前記釦部材を保持する様にな
っているホルダ部材10を具備するレシーバ部材12(
第1図参照)に向って第1、第2そして従来通りの、断
面形状の異なる3つの溝部分として成形される。本発明
のガイド溝2は、前記トラック4から従来型の水平ガイ
ド溝内部に本来の上下方向とは逆方向で釦部材を供給す
る態様を対象としている。従って、ここでは第3図の如
く、仮想線で示される釦部材14は1〜ラック4内部を
上下逆転状態、即ちトラック4の底部16側な本来の上
側方向とする状態で流される。

よって押送される間に、その上下方向を適正状態に回転
させる形状としたことを特徴とする釦取付け装置 2、ガイド溝は、プッシャ部材の押送方向順に、釦部材
を立てた状態で案内する為の断面形状を有する第1溝部
分と、釦部材を水平状態に倒す為の断面形状を有する第
2溝部分と、前記第2溝部分に接続され水平状態の釦部
材を案内する為の、従来通りの断面形状の水平溝部分と
から成立っている特許請求の範囲第1項記載の釦取付け
装置 3、ガイド溝の釦部材を水平状態に倒す為の断面形状を
有する第2の溝部分は、各側壁の下方部分が長手方向に
