る。Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a disc player, and more particularly, to a disc player.
The present invention relates to a loading device for a disc player represented by a CD player or the like. 2. Description of the Related Art Disc players, especially in-vehicle CD players, are equipped with a disc loading device in order to facilitate use in a narrow car. In such a loading device, a disc is held by a pair of loading rollers and introduced into the player. That is, as schematically shown in FIG. 3, by inserting the disc D between the pair of loading rollers 1 and 2, at least one of the loading rollers 1 and 2 is driven to be loaded. The disk D inserted between the pair of loading rollers 1 and 2 is linearly fed while being lightly pressed. As described above, since the loading rollers 1 and 2 come into close contact with the disk surface, if hard dust or the like adheres to the loading rollers 1 and 2, a mark may be formed on the disk surface. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to prevent a loading roller from sticking over the entire surface of a disk when loading the disk. Means for Solving the Problems A disk player according to the present invention includes a loading roller for loading a disk, has a shaft disposed in the loading roller, and the loading roller is divided at a substantially central portion in the axial direction. The inner diameter of the loading roller is substantially larger at the center than at both ends, so that the loading roller comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the disk with an inclination when loading the disk. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. First, in these figures, reference numeral 11,
Reference numeral 12 denotes a pair of upper and lower loading rollers. One loading roller 11 is penetrated by a drive shaft 13 and serves as a drive loading roller. Further, the other loading roller 12 is penetrated by a driven shaft 14 and is a driven loading roller. Each of the loading rollers 11 and 12 is divided into two parts at a predetermined interval at a central part in the axial direction, and is symmetrically arranged. The inner diameter surfaces of the shaft holes 11A and 12A penetrated by the drive shaft 13 or the driven shaft 14 are tapered so that the diameter is smaller at both ends and larger at the center. In a state where the disc D is not loaded, each of the loading rollers 11 and 12 has the shaft holes 11A and 12A supported by the drive shaft 13 and the driven shaft 14. At this time, the two loading rollers 11 and 12 are symmetrical left and right and are parallel to each other. When the disc D is guided between the loading rollers 11 and 12, the loading roller 11 is inclined in a substantially wedge shape in accordance with the inner diameter of the shaft hole 11A. A loading gap similar to a tapered gap is formed in which the interval is small and the center is large in the center. As a result, the loading rollers 11 and 12 are brought into close contact with the disc D at both ends thereof to apply a loading force. The central portions of the loading rollers 11 and 12 do not contact the disk D. That is, the loading rollers 11 and 12
Supports the disk by contacting only the periphery of the disk, and feeds the disk into the player. As described in detail above, in the disk player according to the present invention, the shaft can be formed in one straight line, and the shaft and the bearing of the shaft do not need to be arranged with an inclination. , And can be manufactured very easily.
