タクリル樹脂2層よりなるシートもしくはフィルムを装
飾モールディングの表面形状に近似する形状に真空成形
すること、
その真空成形したシートもしくはフィルムを成形型内面
に沿ってセットすること、
およびそのシートもしくはフィルムをセットした成形型
に発泡塩化ビニル樹脂パウダー材を充填し、高周波加熱
すること

外観が良い、しかも工程が簡単で、処理時間が短かく量
産性にすぐれ設備に若干費用がかかるが、全体としてコ

は塩化ビニル樹脂・メタクリル樹脂2層よりなるシート
もしくはフィルム1を装飾モールディングの表面形状に
近似する形状の型5aとヒーター5bをセットした真空
成形機5において、型5aの外面にシートもしくはフィ
ルム1を巻き、ヒーター5bにより加熱して軟化させ、
型5aの下側から減圧し、型5aにシートもしくはフィ

トもしくはフィルム1を真空成形し、その真空成形した
シートもしくはフィルム1を成形型3内面に沿ってセッ
トした上、その成形型3内に発泡塩化ビニル樹脂パウダ
ー材2を充填し、高周波加熱することよりなる処理を行
うことにより、得られた装飾モールディングは内部は均
一なスポンジ状となり、軽量であり、外面は必要に応じ
て所望の色調、肌合いのシートもしくはフィルム1に容
易に変更可能であり、かつ内部スポンジ状部分と外面シ
ートもしくはフィルム1とが密着し、収縮も発生せず継
目もなく外観がよい。しかも工程が簡単で処理時間が短
く、量産性にすぐれ、設備に若干費用がかかるが、全体
