ような計量機では、計量精度を向上させるには計
量時間を長くする必要があるが、その計量時間は
各容器1が等速度で送行しているので、重量検出
用レール6,6上に後輪3が載つてから前輪2が
重量検出用レール6,6から出るまでの距離T1
によつて決定される。従つて、この距離1を長く
すれば計量精度を向上させることができるが、そ
のためには重量検出用レール6,6の長さを長く
する必要があり、この長さは容器1の長さ寸法や
容器1の間隔である取付ピツチから決定されるも
のであるので、容器1の長さ寸法や取付ピツチを
長くしなければならず、処理能力が低下するとい
う問題があつた。また、処理能力を向上させるた
めに、各容器1の速度を速めると、計量時間が短
かくなり計量精度が低下するという問題があつ
た。
