本考案は内燃機関における制振鋼板を用いたオ

機関の燃焼騒音を抑えるためのオイルパンとし

したものが提案されている。近年、このような制
振板の代りに、2枚の鋼板の間に樹脂層を介在さ
せてなる制振鋼板が開発されている。このような
制振鋼板を用いてプレス成形によりオイルパンを
作れば加工が非常に簡単となる。しかし、制振鋼
板はプレス成形時切口縁部に層間剥離が生じるこ
とがあり、長期使用の内に剥離部分に外部から水

3を、第2図に示すようにパツキング18を挟ん
でクランクケース5の下端壁面に重ね合せ、さら
にフランジ3に座板20を当て、ボルト穴4に挿
通したボルト6をクランクケース5に螺合して固
定される。フランジ3のボルト穴4へ水が浸入す
るのを防止するために、座板20は第3図に示す
ように、金属板22の両面にゴム層21を焼き付
